Avoid this site. They will let you do surveys until you earn enough cash in and then suspend you account saying you have violated terms. So no cash out and account closed.
Terrible site where you are almost systematically screened out from any survey although you have not had the chance to answer a single question.
On top of that the one time you actually manage to complete a survey, you are properly re-routed at the end and get not a single point.
They are nothing but thieves.
I have an old account.
At first, the site was great, but 4 months ago I no longer received surveys.
I contacted Kris, and he told me that there was a problem and he would work on solving it in just a few days.
Now, 4 months later, he is still saying the same phrase, support is bad. Extremely
For years I was a member of SayMore. (formerly Univox)
Suddenly I was no longer allowed to participate.
What was their explanation:
We have determined based on your participation in our panel that you have done one of the following, forfeiting your participation with our community:
• Provided false profile information
• Did not provide honest survey responses
What a big lie. I have always done the surveys honestly.
I received the following message:
As with most research panels, we use security features to help ensure data quality and account integrity. Maintaining an active, quality-driven membership is crucial to our business. Your activity on our site has triggered our quality assurance measures and resulted in your account being suspended in accordance with our Terms and Conditions SayMore.
One more thing.
I am still entitled to 25 euros.
Can you give that to a charity?
As Per our Terms and Conditions at the time of registration, it is necessary for you to consent to all the Terms and Conditions listed where it is clearly mentioned should it be determined that you do not meet our quality assurance measures, you will be removed from our panel thus forfeiting your incentives and membership with immediate effect. When you joined our panel, you agreed to these Terms and Conditions and as mentioned previously you have not met the quality assurance measures, we have in place thus forfeiting your incentives and we would not be able to assist you further in such as case.
Redemption requests have been voided at this time.
Thanks
The above is a short summary of the contacts I had with them. If you are a member of Saymore, you can expect this in the future.
Their behavior and system stinks and is antisocial and unfair.
Do with this story what you will.
A former member of SayMore
20-30 surveys in my survey page all worth 96 points. All lead to samplicio then dead end. Ask preliminary questions like what are your 5 favourite vacation destinations. Why the fk are you asking this. Used to be a good site but now it takes 40 clicks for each disqualification. Not acceptable
They used to be great. I love the univox community, now, they're terrible. No surveys in suspend me for no reason.. I wouldn't recommend signing up you may be taking a serious chance at accumulating alit of points and not being able to redeem for little reason at all.. Also, they used to have the PayPal option. No more PayPal which was also something I liked about using it.
If you're reading this review of Saymore (formerly Univox) consider yourself lucky. I've been a member of this platform since April 2020. Those days it used to be ok-ish, certainly not great. Took ages to reach payout thresholds. This year it has completely collapsed. Two completed surveys in 4months! Endless amount of false starts. But this week was the last straw. Fully completed survey (for $2) - no points given. No replies from 'customer care'. On principal, I don't let things slide. So I contacted the product brand involved in the survey and informed them that unscrupulous survey sites are scamming future customers. The other reviews here are true.
Do not waste one minute of your time with this site!
I went home getting a lot of emails from Say More previously Univox. I would not recommend this company at all. If you were going to sign up, be prepared to not get paid out for your surveys. I’d say one in every five surveys that I do actually gets paid out. I will get a notification after having done the survey that I didn’t qualify.
But none of that compares to recently when I stopped getting emails from them. When I Emailed customer support, I got this reply:
“I took a look and the good news is there is nothing wrong with your account! We do not currently have any available surveys for you. This could be due to any number of reasons.
Each year, we are conducting numerous studies which target different ages, industries, regions and characteristics.. In some cases your profile, habits and lifestyle may not match the survey criteria we are looking for so you do not get invited. We do this so you don’t waste your time on studies we know you wont qualify for.”
Didn’t answer my question at all about why I went from having 30 surveys on my dashboard to None. I kept emailing and asking politely for reasons why I didn’t have any more surveys. After my last exchange, inexplicably, they have said that “As with most research panels, we use security features to help ensure data quality and account integrity. Maintaining an active, quality-driven membership is crucial to our business. Your activity on our site has triggered our quality assurance measures and resulted in your account being suspended in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.”
So not only are they liars but they are also thieves. I ordered a $50 voucher and when I ordered that, they have seen fit to cancel my account. Keep in mind that the last survey I did was probably a month ago, and I got screamed out. I haven’t been able to do too many surveys with them, so there’s absolutely no way I have. Done anything to warrant my membership being suspended. So not only do the so-called customer support actually lie to you, they also then steal, because I’m certainly not going to get my $50 voucher. Please do not go with this company. They will steal your data, they will lie to you in emails, customer support is terrible, they cut and paste from the same script and don’t actually treat you as a real person, and they also obviously steal from you because luckily it was only a $50 voucher, but still it’s still $50 of my Time and effort
Me deben 35 Euros. Pero despues de este mesaje que recibi hace dos dias

This site's a big scam do not use.did surveys refuse to pay out on redeemed points for rewards terrible customer service do not reply to emails
SAYMORE IS A SCAM
Possibly the worst survey company I have ever encountered - formerly Univox changed name to Say More. Continually bombarded with survey invite e mails, then on website shows up to 60 surveys available. It is very rare to get past the first couple of qualifying questions. Very slow to get to the point of being able to claim a reward and when I ever did never received automatically and had to e mail support several time. On the last occasion I ever got paid and was insulted to be informed that I had apparently breached one of the terms (eg used bad language, given false/conflicting information - there were around 5) which was totally false as I always take great care when completing a survey so I feel there is certainly something very wrong this company and/or their survey partners.

On 15.03.2024 I completed successfully a survey that was issued by SayMore but according to them came from Talkisay and my points would be transferred to Talk. These points have as yet NOT been transferred and according to Talk they know nothing about such an arrangement. I have mailed SayMore twice about when do they expect to transfer the points but as in 99% of my mails to them they just do not answer.
This is Betrug and should serve to warn any potential participants not to join SayMore. A frustrating WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!
A very BAD survey platform. If you think that you can earn extra money, forget about this survey site. I have been using it for the past five months and I feel very hopeless. You cannot get even two surveys in a month. Forget about the sweet talk of getting to earn extra money from it. DO NOT WASTE your valuable time on this survey platform.
