I think your shipping rates are way to high. When you have to pay a third of the cost of the product in shipping I don't think that is right.

Horrible customer services and low attention to detail. They will randomly pick what to send you if what you ordered is not in stock. When they make an error, expect months of calling/emailing them to get them to finally accept responsibility and correct the error. About the only positive thing I can say is they have great prices...if you actually get what you ordered.
