I paid extra for "unlimited returns". However, the pants came very poorly fitting. I washed one of the pairs and it shrank significantly. They would not accept returns. So they are "limited" returns, not unlimited. When trying to return the unopened pants, the website only credited a small portion of the original purchase price. They would not fix it via emails, necessitating a phone call and numerous complaints before they finally offered a more sizable partial refund, despite the website promising a full satisfaction guarantee and full refund. Terribly misleading that I paid extra for an unlimited return policy and they wouldn't honor it.

Since it was two mistakes in one order.
No patches and wrong flag emblem. th emblems…
Ordered 2 security shirts with emblems on both shoulders. Security patch on one and flag emblem on the other. Shirts came with only flag emblem on the wrong shoulder and no security patch. Shipping charge is ridiculous.

OUR CUSTOM DESIGNED BADGE IS NOW BEING SOLD BY A SELLER IN CHINA!
Hate to give Uniform Warehouse a 1 star rating as our relationship was originally good. We had custom badges made for our security team, selected the style, color, center seal, and text, liked the badges.
We recently discovered that OUR custom badge was for sale on a website in China! The color and seal have been changed, but the style and ALL of the text is exactly the same. Imagine ordering badges for your business, then finding this? The badge even had the name of the maker who supplies Uniform Warehouse, "Badger", on the back.
I contacted Waqar at Uniform Warehouse and messaged their CEO, got no reply from the latter oif course. A few days later Waqar got back to me, said that this was not their fault because they would "never sell a badge design". He suggested that one of our security team shared an image of the badge online, which is false. We work in a small research facility setting and strict protocols require that uniforms and badges get put on when we get to work, and removed before going home. We don't have images of ourselves online and we aren't allowed to bring cell phones or cameras into the facility, and let's "assume" that one of our team DID share an image online - to what purpose would and officer would share a photo of the BACK of the badge? None of us shared images of our badges.
Someone in Pakistan where the badges are made, or someone with Uniform Warehouse either sent OUR badge image or a physical badge, slightly modified, to the seller in China, or the China seller was able to hack into THEIR databases.
I received a response from Uniform Warehouse via Trustpilot stating that they are investigating this matter.
If photos of both sides of our badge were taken by Uniform Warehouse or their badge supplier, they were used for internal purposes, we never saw them. All we ever saw was a template for the front of the badge before production. And IF those front and back images were somehow "stolen", who knows how many other law enforcement agencies had their badge images stolen from U.W. as well?
Almost a month later, nothing from Uniform Warehouse, so we asked them if we could get a refund for badges that we now can't use, we're happy to return them, and we got no reply. Our custom badge is for sale as a novelty on a Chinese website; U.W. said it would investigate; either they, their badge maker, or a hacker is responsible (really can't imagine someone hacking into a business computer to steal a badge design, and again, the China seller's rip off badge has the name of the company that supplies Uniform Warehouse on the back, and image never seen by us during production), and the company won't respond to the refund request.
Customer service with this company can be good, or horrible, or non-existent. To have your custom badge design shared or stolen, followed by a promise to investigate, then silence for a month, with no offer to make things right and no response to a request for a refund, means that we will not do business with Uniform Warehouse again, and will tell other agencies like ours about our experience.

Customer service will not tell you any information about your order except it takes 6 to 8 weeks to make. They talk to you like you are less than human and will hang up on you if you question them further about time frames or tracking numbers.

If you order stock it is good for the most part. Unfortunately I ordered a custom-made badge and I cannot get any straight answers from customer service whatsoever.

The ABSOLUTE worst experience I’ve had in a while. Saed is one of the rudest person I had to engage with. On 09/05 I order 4 uniform shirts and I picked up on 09/12 to only have 1 shirt in the bag. Let’s just say it’s 10/10 and I have yet to receive my other shirts nor refund!! I would never do business with them again!

Purchase was fairly easy, the products are shipped out in a fair amount of time. The shirts are fantastic and look awesome. Pants are comfortable and look very good. The only problem I found is if your carrying a duty belt is that some inner belts do no fit the loop size. Other then that I wish they was a vendor for our organization

I placed a rush order badge just one it is now over a month, after talking to someone in production they pushed it back 2 to 3 more weeks.. I would not do businesses with this company again, lack of communication.. Just seems like nothing is getting done. Proceed with caution.
Don't Purchase Unless You Are 100% Certain
On-line store with a very poor approach to returns. All my work trouser purchases are size 97. I purchased a different brand from UniformsWarehouse and they appear to be a full size smaller than a typical 97, yet they refuse to take them back stating you ordered the wrong size. It was an $800 order all up. I wont make the same mistake twice and will never use them again. Customer service staff are terrible. I cannot see how they get so many 5 star reviews...possibly bogus. Only good thing was that their pricing was reasonable.

Great customer service guy. Sorry I didn't get his name. We are long time customers and always appreciate the quality of merchandise received. I was looking on my dashboard to find the status of a recent order and didn't see it. "Lanyard on great sale." I called customer service who said he saw it on his end and would immediately check on shipment and email me another invoice order confirmation. Appreciate the service.

I would give them 4.5 stars. I’ve worked with Uniforms Warehouse primarily to have my badges and patches designed. Sue was great to work with because she made many suggestions and tweaks to improve my initial design. Sometimes they are hard to get a hold of by phone, but they do a good job of responding to emails. Ethan, Asif, Reza were also a pleasure to work with and answered many of my questions. My only suggestion is improving response time and lowering shipping fees.

Bad customer service!
Bad customer service!! I tried reaching out to them after ordering, they never return calls. And when you finally get to a person, they dont seem to know whats going on with the ordered products and they are rude about it. They always hang up and we are back to square one, trying to reach the company.
