Some tutors were more helpful than others but their flexibility with the units is fantastic! Would recommend for someone trying to fit additional education around a busy work life

Great course, you need to put the work in and stay motivated but the tutors are great and always on hand to help.

The support from the tutors is incredibly poor. I had never done anything like this prior and the lack of direction, provided me much stress and anxiety. Quite often I would email for help and receive no response. I would then have to ring Unicourse to chase a response. This could take as long as 3 weeks for a simple question. I felt very isolated throughout the course.

The are great to help people study in a comfortable condition.

Did a HNC mechanical engineering course via unicourse and it's the best thing I did to progress my career. Plenty of free guidance notes available for each assignment, plus tutors who were more than happy to give you a call if you get stuck on a particular subject. Saved a decent amount by purchasing the complete course in one payment. 5yrs to complete all modules however this may have changed as I completed mine in 2022.

I found the course well-structured with good materials. However, I felt there was a lack of support. It often took weeks to receive responses from certain tutors when seeking guidance, making it largely a self-study experience.

The course materials, reference books, project topics, assignments are design for better understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
Also, the assessor provide fair feedback reference your answers against questions and for any improvements for future assignments. Overall the study of HNC Mechanical Engineering helps to apply in real life applications.

Brilliant course, i did electrical HNC recommended it to other friends got me from been a sparky to a High voltage engineer trainee all the information is provided and it’s tailored around your lifestyle, more universities need to take notes from this provider.

Excellent way to gain higher level qualifications. I didn’t require much help but when I did the tutors were on hand and very knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend unicourse to anyone.

In late 2019, I was 36 years old with an NVQ 3 in electrical installations. After a brief conversation with Maureen I signed up for the HNC in Electrical and Electronic engineering. After a lot of hard work and patience from your team, I was awarded the HNC in July 2020. My confidence had grown and I signed up for the HND, which was awarded to me in November 2020.
Late 2020, I signed up for a work based distance learning degree with the University of Lincoln. Owing to my HNC/HND with Unicourse, I only needed to complete the final year, which I did over 18 months. On the 10th of July 2024 I was awarded my degree, a 2:1 with honours in Engineering Management. I am very grateful that Unicourse give people like myself a platform to relaunch themselves professionally in later life. So from me, my fiancée and our daughter, for the difference the education journey started at Unicourse has made to our lives, Thank you!

HNC Manufacturing Engineering...great experience, Im late 30s and didnt think I would get the chance or be able to afford to achieve my hnc via distance learning but finding Unicourse especially based in Liverpool where I am myself was a great find. Interesting course, lots of help and good price for people who struggle financially.

I have found this course perfect for me. The flexibility of the course was ideal for someone like me with a full time job and a busy family life. Highly recommended.

Really not sure about Unicourse. The promotional material is very good, but when I asked for statistics about completion rates, pass rates and a sample of the teaching material it was not forthcoming. Instead, they sent a very long reply that repeats the information on the website, but didn't answer my questions. I really don't like it when I ask straightforward questions and then get a generic, unhelpful reply.
