One of the best companies I have delt with in a long time. Fantastic products and customer service is amazing. I only wear undrdog shirts from here on on. The quality is amazing . Especially in these days of cheap disposable Asian clothes made with plastic fibers. Support American manufacturing

The shirt is fantastic. Bonus was the great customer service. Bought 2 shirts as gifts and the response was 'wow' these are fantastic - great feel , sizing , look etc etc. Have new fans for sure !!

I wear a 2X at 245lbs and these fit true to form, and are very comfortable. I bought a three pack and was glad I did. I will definitely buy more in the future, totally worth the money.

I purchased a three pack of tees as a Christmas present for my man, all XL’s. When he first tried it on prior to a wash and dry, it fit oversized and we considered exchanging for a L instead. I reached out to the customer service team, who got back to me within 24 hours recommending to wash and dry the shirts, as the fibers tighten up for their signature fit. I wouldn’t have thought to do so prior to exchanging, and I’m very happy I reached out and followed the teams advice, because sure enough after a wash and dry cycle, the material tightened and look incredible. The website had a bit of a glitch when I was trying to exchange, but with the holidays I assume the site was flooded with customer traffic, which is why I reached out to their customer service team, and I’m glad I did. They were helpful, courteous, and resolved inquiry quickly. I recommend the tees to anyone who is in the market for quality, durability, and wanting to support small business.

I am very disappointed with this company, I placed an order in early Nov. knowing it wasn't going to ship till Nov 28th. Got a notice items had shipped with Tracking on Dec 11th. Tracking was updated 1 day later with nothing since. Contacted customer service on Dec 20th. On Dec 21st an agent named Chuck wrote that he sent a message to fulfillment and would get back to me same day. Never heard another word. on Dec 22 I messaged again and the response was due to volume I wouldn't recieve my ored by Christmas. Still no Idea when or if order will arrive.!!

Shirts are OK. Sizing is inconsistent. XL in black fits OK, XL in Yeti is like wearing a tent made for 2 people. It's shame when I asked if their Christmas run of green and red ran closer to the Yeti white or Midnight Black sizing, and they referred me to their size chart. It's like no shit I know the size chart is there and goes out the window when sizing is so different between 2 basic colors. I wanted to get a green one and red one but didn't want to gamble with another inconsistent fit. Oh well. Next.

The shirts felt great, but having a hard time figuring out a size. I ordered an XL size based on their size chart and they felt pretty snug, so I exchanged them for the XXL size. I received the XXL shirts and they were really big on me. I reached out asking to speak to someone about what I can do and there is no phone to call or nobody will talk to me, I just get an email with a return form. So not sure what these are like wearing them!!

Ordered and received two original black T-shirts. Size large. They were wonderful. My favorites.
Ordered and received two of the red, special edition T shirts. Same size-large.
They are visibly much smaller. Can’t wear them. Much too small. Easily medium sized, possibly a small.
Emailed for info on how to resolve this, never heard or received any sort of response.
Great on marketing, not so much on follow up.

I was extremely impressed with the V1-style shirt from my initial order—so much so that I decided to replace all of my existing work shirts with this style.

Based on that experience, I placed an additional order with UnderDog for three black shirts and three special-release blue shirts, all in size Large. Unfortunately, when the black shirts arrived, they were a new V2 cut that did not meet the expectations set by the original V1. The body length and sleeve length were noticeably shorter, and the sizing was inconsistent across all three shirts. This change in fit and cut appears to have been made without any advance notice or disclosure from UnderDog.

I attempted to exchange the shirts for size XL; however, the XL fit more like a XXL. I ultimately exchanged them back for size Large and reluctantly kept the V2 cut, hoping that the three special-release blue shirts would arrive in the original V1 style.

It has now been nearly five months, and I have yet to receive the three blue shirts I ordered. I was informed that the delay is due to the shipment being held at customs, which raises an additional concern regarding country of manufacture, as the marketing suggested the shirts were American-made.

Additionally, customer service is available only via email, and my experience was disappointing. Responses were brief, at times unhelpful, and I was initially provided incorrect information when requesting order numbers and assistance with size exchanges. This significantly added to the frustration of the process. While the issue was eventually resolved and my exchange request processed, the lack of clarity, support, and empathy made the overall experience far more difficult than expected. I had anticipated a more customer-focused response, including some acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

At this point, I have spent over $200 and received the following:

Two V1 shirts that fit as expected

Three V2 shirts labeled size Large but fitting closer to a small Medium

Three special-release blue shirts that have not yet been delivered

While I understand that a refund has been offered for the blue shirts, I am requesting fulfillment of the original order. I would like to receive the three blue shirts as advertised so that I have some variety in color, as five black shirts alone is quite limiting.

I hope we can reach a resolution that aligns with the standards and expectations set by your branding and marketing. At this stage, continued business with UnderDog and future purchases would be contingent upon delivery of the blue shirts and consideration of a goodwill discount toward a future purchase, in recognition of the inconvenience and misrepresentation experienced.

Shirts awesome. Washed once and little to no shrinking.

Customer support at Underdog are exceptional, they are great!! Had some red tees I bought and they shrunk after the first wash unlike the black and green tees. Emailed customer support they were prompt and courteous and sent me free replacements. Their lifetime warranty is true even that they shrunk they replaced them at no cost. The shirts are great and feel good. Wish they would come out with more colors.

Problem free, easy to order. Good product that is safe to wear. Most importantly comfortable and looks good.

Took almost a month to get the tshirts. The fits are at least half a size bigger.

I think I love this shirt. I've only had it for a week or so but it's pretty great so far. Was a little big until I washed it and now it fits great, which is what was supposed to happen. I want more.

Even though I am not a ripped guy, I was allowed into this brotherhood and am excited to see clothing that is made from natural materials. I hope the shirts I bought will be a happy experience for the three boys! And I look forward to more choices in natural clothing from Underdgs!! 😊❣️
