Nicely made and good cut. However, they have one MAJOR issue. Consistency in size and fit is horrible. I have ordered 8 large size shirts and 2 extra large size shirts. They all fit differently...quite a bit differently. Some larges fit like the extra large. Some larges fit like they should be medium. One large will be baggy while another large will be way too tight and unwearable. Some fit right in between like a large should fit. This issue alone has caused me to stop ordering from them.

Exceptional quality shirts, I even had to exchange for larger size and customer service was fast and easy.

First of all this shirt is amazing. I love the texture and feel of the shirt. It breathes like nothing else. I am absolutely impressed by this shirts fit and feel. Be prepared for the compliments. I have worn mine two times now and have been asked multiple times about it.

Now let's get to the customer service... These guys have delivered the best customer service that I have received in all the years that I've been shopping online and had issues. My first package got missed delivered. I contacted underdog and received a message back from them within about an hour. They they did their due diligence to find out about the package. And then they shipped me another package as soon as they realized it was miss delivered. They kept in contact with me through the whole process. These guys did an absolutely amazing job at making me feel like I was important.

If you want a great shirt and great customer service these are definitely the guys to go to. I will be back. I can't wait to see what they come out with next.

I would give the shirts 3 stars and the customer service 1 star. Hence this 2 star review.

The shirts have a flattering cut but the material is thick and kind of rough (definitely not the buttery soft texture of other premium t-shirts).

One of my three shirts came out of the package with a 3 inch hole in the side seem. I took a picture and sent it to customer service asking for a replacement. They replied telling me to wash and dry it to "tighten the fibers."

I replied saying that a wash and dry wouldn't fix a 3 inch hole.

They asked me to send it back so they can warranty it.

I asked if photo evidence would be sufficient (not wanting to deal with the hassle of the return process).

They were unwilling to warranty the shirt without having it in-hand (despite the photo evidence).

The shirt felt unusually thick and rough, not what I expected in terms of comfort. I ordered both a large and a medium, and neither fit well—even after following their sizing guide.

Returning the item came with a $9.95 handling fee, which was disappointing. Their marketing is also very aggressive, with frequent texts and emails. I signed up for those to receive the advertised discount, only to find the shirts already appeared to be priced with that discount built in.

The volume of reviews on their site also raises some questions, especially given how new the company seems to be.

Overall, I’m out $9.95, don’t have a shirt, and was left with a poor experience.

These are by far the very worst shirts I have purchased!!

They fit fine until I washed them now I can’t even get them on.

They were washed in cold water and still shrank so badly that I can not wear them.

Total waste of my hard earned money

I should have known that all the damn ads flooding my social media feeds had to be to good to be true.

Timely delivery, good product. Going to monitor for new variations.

It’s rare that a product lives up to the hype but these T-shirts are one of those rare things that actually do.
Admittedly, I haven’t dropped and knife on them and I haven’t shot at a balloon through them so can’t comment on those aspects but the comfort, quality, breathable fabric have been a game changer.
A lot of my old T-shirts would start to smell within half a days use (which I dreaded daily), all of them would within a day, that was guaranteed and something I came to think as normal. These UndrDog T-shirts almost refuse to smell, I tested wearing the same one for 3 days and it still smells clean which is mind blowing for me.
Great job in making a fantastic T-shirts.

Outstanding Shirts. I wasn't sure what to expect, but my expectations were exceeded by the quality of these shirts. They feel great, durable and my wife commented on how slimming and good they looked on me. Winner winner. Can't wait for the pocket. They will become my only work shirt. I am a Steel Fabricator and Artist. These are gonna last I can tell.

The first 3 shirts I received a couple of weeks ago were great and new, with tags, folded well, etc.
I liked them so much I ordered 6 more a couple of days after receiving those 3. They, too, showed up promptly, but ALL SIX were poorly folded in resealed , WITHOUT tags or the 1% chance of a gold bar in the promo, smelly, covered in lint and, therefore, obviously used. Communication was fine, BUT they kept telling me to initiate a return, but there is no category for receiving used shirts as new. AND there is a restocking fee AND they are not paying return postage. I asked for a call tag for the shipping; NO response. WTAF ! I am SO very disappointed and until this is rectified I will remain such. SCAM !!! AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I will have to deal with BBB.

Quality product, no scams, and fast delivery, very good fit

Seems like a well built breathable shirt.

I like the product, a little bit more length would be nice for the “dad bod” to stay tucked in.

Access to more colors, grey, navy blue, or just white would be appreciated.
