Super efficient and personal service for my recent Hövding claim.
Casper was responsive and made me feel like we were having a real conversation about my claim. Fast delivery of a replacement direct to my workplace was excellent.

Fast and good service
We’ve had to use undo twice within a short period of time due to exploding hövdings. Its been fast and with no problems both times. We find it very important that we get a new one fast so we can travel safely on bike, so its key with a fast response and handling 👌🏾

For their prices
Customer service can be improved to make it more quicker and would be happy if they bring all day customer service even if it is 9-5 timings.
One more feedback- when u already have a product and you want to check other products on app it is not possible unless you logoff and start from first step.

Totally subpar experience on Android.
It's clear they don't have any intention to get android customers, as the app mere gives you a price estimate and leads you no further than that.
Very disappointing the prices were quite competitive.
I cannot recommend this to anyone that uses an Android phone. Their app has been in a "beta" for ages now with no signs of progess.
Do not waste your time on this.

It's possible to buy insurance on Android, you can try uninstalling the app and download it again.
We are still building on Android and for now it's not possible to change insurances directly in the app.
Our support can help with that if needed on the chat or you can call us.
You can call us on 89 88 08 34 from Monday – Thursday 09.00 – 17.00 and Friday 09.00- 16.00.

Lost luggage on my flight to Spain.
I lost luggage on my trip to Spain and I got help from Undo's travel insurance specialist immediately the next morning. The travel insurance is more than easy so start before take off and also very cheap, because you only pay for the days you are away. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great app
Great app, endes up with an excellent price.
Unfortunately it still counts when you ride I another car with someone who drives poorly.
That however didn’t impact the price so much that I chose another insurer, but I do wonder how much those rides cost me each month.
