Very speedy responses thru email and gave me a refund pretty easily. 5/5 genuinely best customer service ive seen in a minute.

I emailed them on April 10, 2026 to cancel my subscription, exactly as instructed by their cancellation policy. I never received a response or confirmation. I followed up multiple times over the following months, and still no reply.

Despite my cancellation request, they continued charging my card every month — April, May, and June. If cancellation can only be done by email, the least they can do is actually respond to it. I have to delete my account to stop future charges. But I also want my money back!

Be careful if you sign up — cancelling is not as easy as their policy claims.

Not sure if it's a company or a solo-dev startup. The AI works ok and whatsoever, but the subscription and the billing system is the most unprofessional and cheap thing I've ever seen in a software. They try to hide details as much as possible just to charge you. And in order to unsubscribe you have to send them an email (!!) with a bunch of details!! Are you joking?

Do not use this horrible company. I was told on the website that I had a free trial of 5 days. I uses it and not only that they charged me $20 for the initial fee plus another $20 5 days later. I then contacted them and gave them an official correspondence to cancel any subscriptions I had with them since they were deceptive about their terms and policies and they charged me for no reason. But I never heard back and I've been charged over and over again. Do not use this company's services. They will not respond to your inquiries and they will ghost you so that you hopefully don't do anything about their abusive practices and wring out as much money as they can out of you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Undetectable AI. My account began with what the company describes as a three-day free trial, but I was subsequently charged USD 19.95 every month from March to July 2026—a total of USD 99.75.

During this period, I received no subscription-confirmation email, invoices, payment receipts, renewal reminders, or advance billing notifications. I only discovered the recurring charges by checking my account and transaction history.

After I complained, the company cancelled the subscription. However, it did not provide adequate evidence showing when and how I knowingly gave informed consent to recurring monthly billing. It stated that I had exceeded the trial’s 250-word allowance by using 564 words, but exceeding a usage allowance should not replace clear disclosure and express consent to an automatically renewing subscription.

Even though the company has a strict non-refundable policy, she went above and beyond to secure a one-time courtesy refund for me and ensured the extra plan was cancelled moving forward.
