Save your money & frustration level
Placed an order Jan 24, 2024. They shipped a completely different item. They requested that item to be ret'd to them with tracking & print off required return info to include in return pkg - all at my own expense. I requested a refund in several emails & by note in ret'd item. They say to give them 10 business days once item is received back & "we will have your request accommodated". Tracking verified that the item was delivered back to them Feb 16, 2024 @ 2:08pm. I gave them 3 wks & asked where my refund is. They closed my ticket request saying it was "solved". It's now Mar 16, 2024 so I guess I can kiss $52.56 goodbye!!!
Package never arrived
I sent an email out seconds after ordering asking a question. (November 23, 2023) I finally received an answer today (February 28, 2024) saying product was delivered December 7th. Well it was not, and I have no idea where they delivered my Christmas gift to, and I am sure I will never hear from them again!

Placed a pre-order on an album in May 2023 with it's marked release being July 2023. July came and went. I eventually made contact with them asking where my order was on December 2023. I heard back from them in January with a generic "sorry we haven't received a shipment yet" message.
I can now purchase this exact album/varient many other places both new and second hand as of today (27/02/24). Suffice to say they're lying through their teeth and couldn't care less. Please, if you value your money and want to actually receive what you pay for, DON'T purchase anything from these scammers.

Bought something expensive for Christmas when it was in stock, never showed up, customer service didn’t get back to me, then two months later I’m asking again and they’re saying it “got lost” and then a month later they’re saying whoops we don’t got it after I contact them AGAIN. The only option shouldn’t be a refund. This was supposed to be my big Christmas present for someone, and they ruined it, thanks guys!

18 months between order and potential shipping date. There seems to be something rotten with this company - ordered the Sam Fender live album after the concert in June 2023 and just been told that it won't be released until December 2024 - I expect a load of people would have moved by then or forgotten about it. no justification at all in allowing you to make an order and pay without minimising the production time, other than I guess so they can bank the money for as long as possible - I will be keeping well away from this company in future.

They've been stringing me along ever since saying an item is out of stock.
Have to wait at least 2 weeks to get any reply from them at all. And they threaten to not email them more than once.

Still have not received my order from the beginning of December (The Who merchandise). Like everyone else here, my emails have been dodged and the ship date has been continuously pushed. Twice now I have been promised shipment in the next few days and a UPS tracking number was created about two weeks ago (UPS has no record of it in their system). Do not purchase from this company.

UMG is well known for abusing copyright law which not only includes copyright striking videos with music they don't own but also striking random videos and now trying to pull songs from TikTok muting thousands of people's videos effectively rendering then unwatchable all for greed. I would give them a negative it it existed. Ordered a birthday gift on 1/1/2024. The email notification implied that the purchase is not confirmed until the item is available. On 1/4 I got confirmation and funds withdrawn from my PayPal account. On a weekly basis when I followed up I get a very friendly professional sounding but bogus response that it will be sent shortly. Finally on 1/15 I asked for a refund. Then I get another FAKE UPS ticket number showing that item will be picked up shortly. On their webpage the so called delivery date went from 1/7 to 18 to 19.. you get the picture. Finally showed up on 1/24 and the item is crappy quality. I had to have my neighbor pick up the item since I am by now away on a trip. Had to replace my niece's birthday gift as well. NEVER AGAIN. I will definitely read TRUST PILOT in future before making a purchase. And PayPal is terrible at getting a refund as well. :-( Next time I will use good old trusty AMEX instead.
