Ordered a Vinyl but not dispatching.

Ordered a Vinyl, promised to ship on 18th Oct, but they gave many kinds of excuses to delay my parcel for almost a month. This is the worst experience I had from them. I requested for a refund but they refused to comply. This will be my LAST purchase.

DO NOT ORDER from these scamsters

I preordered the new Queen album, was sent a tracking number on the official release date, and it remained just that - only a "shipping label". Upon contacting the live support i was told the order would take 10-15 business days to ship and that I should be patient.
1 hour later i received an email stating that my orderr had been cancelled and refunded. Upon contacting support again they claimed it was returned due to a "carrier error" and it is automatically refunded.
They refused to reinstate the order.
I then reordered thinking I would ship to a UK based address (previously I tried to ship international) and then had second thoughts and tried to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after it was placed - I was still online with the live support from before - they told me it was already processed and were unable to cancel it because it was outside the cancellation window. What is that window exactly ? 30 seconds? These are fraudsters. I actually don't know if i will even receive what i ordered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMSTERS

Buyer Beware - Autographed Memorabilia

If I could go less than 1 star I would. I purchased a Reba McEntire LP that was advertised as "Autographed LP." I apparently missed a tiny blurb of text that was under the submit order button that it was an autographed postcard, not the album cover or LP itself. It wasn't until I received it that I found it was a card insert. It took me numerous emails to get a full refund. When they did, they did not refund my original shipping, which I was told would have been refunded. To date, shipping still not refunded.

Forward a few months later I get an ad for another autographed LP - I sent an email to customer service and specifically asked if it was signed on the album cover or a postcard again. They said it was "signed on the album cover." It arrived and again was just a postcard insert. I again reached out to customer service, who tried telling me that the item was "received as expected." I forwarded back the email from one of their reps saying it was signed on the cover. Back and forth I finally get a refund approval and a shipping label. This time I made sure to get specific words that I would be full refunded, including original shipping, so I can dispute with my bank if need-be.

I was trying to make a display with the album cover/LP, not with an autographed postcard that looked like it was run off someone's desktop printer

So, lesson learned, I will not be purchasing from this company again!

Misleading Service – Avoid at All Costs!

If I’d read reviews before ordering, I never would have gone through this headache. I paid almost £7 for next day delivery, but right after placing my order, I got an email saying it would take up to 48 hours just to dispatch. How is that next day delivery? It feels completely misleading, and honestly, if I’d known, I wouldn’t have bothered.

When I reached out to customer service to cancel or at least change the delivery address (since the gift wasn’t going to arrive in time), I was told the order had already moved to "processing" and couldn’t be changed or canceled. But here’s the thing – it hadn’t even been dispatched yet! How can it be too late to cancel when it hasn’t even left the warehouse?

This whole experience feels like a scam. The promise of "next day delivery" is a total lie. If you’re considering ordering, just know you might be paying extra for a service they can’t actually provide.

I wish I’d known all this before – it would’ve saved me the stress and disappointment. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering

I purchased a Morgan Wallen sweater, record, and CD so it's about a $250 order back in June. After not receiving anything for a month I sent an email out they said that they still had not received the order from the production Center so they couldn't ship out something they didn't have and they would be willing to issue me a refund if I wanted. It is now September, it's been 4 months and I still have not received anything, I sent another email to them and it seems they've blocked my email. All email correspondence I send to them from my email gets sent back to me.

UMG - unprofessional and disrespectful as usual from Lucian Grainge's Staff

I’m waiting since August 07th 2020 in DM @umusicsupport and since January 29th 2021 @fhcustomercare (Twitter) for getting 10 Questions of a Better Business Bureau Case answered, bc letters, emails and fax didn’t work too for UMG staff.

And as I asked @umusicsupport on Instagram in DM about to answer the 10 Questions of the Better Business Bureau Case and if I need an appointment of someone of the UMG Team when I’m visiting the UMG Office in New York🗽 I got blocked 🚫 on Instagram;
and form other UMG Staff, UatUMG and Interscope Chairman Steve Berman's Daughter "Lucifer".

As I showed up in the UMG New York🗽Office March 05th 2024 the reception guys were scared, asked if I got an appointment, not allowed to take the Customer Complaints and unanswered Better Business Bureau Cases Envelope ✉️ post in person and as I asked for the Executive VP of UMG Michele Anthony, bc she hung up the phone June 06th 2019 as I asked her after EMINEM's fans reactions on the UMG EMINEM platforms about the February 2019 UMG false advertised Promo Video of the Slim Shady LP 20th Vinyl and Cassette coming soon
[Paul Rosenberg advertised the Tape on air at EMINEM's Radio Channel SiriusXM Shade45 during the "12 Days of Diss-Mas" Show with EMINEM December 25th 2018],
I spoke only to the Security Supervisor Don Johnson and he gave me an address to bring the Customer Complaints post 🏤 to CT Corp [The Registered Agent is a live person responsible for receiving all official legal documents called “service of process” and forwarding them to that company.]

Outside the Building I met another UMG employee who doesn’t know the UMG MerchTeam and took the 1. Envelope ✉️ in the UMG office. I extra wrote a note 📝 and deadline to answer the questions during my time when I’m in New York🗽in person in the UMG Office and my email address to send it to me by email - nothing about my Better Business Bureau Case since March arrived.

Only the UMG Recruitment Team reached out in July and asked, if I could apply to a job as "Sales Operations Coordinator" 6 months in the New York🗽Office.

March 06th 2024 10:20am I visited with a friend Paul Rosenberg at home 🏡 (EMINEM) in Tenafly New Jersey and left the 2. Envelope ✉️

March 27th 2024 I sent EMINEM's audio engineer in the Effigy Studios in Ferndale MI the Information "no updates of UMG on the EMINEM Facebook Account for Marshall's fans" including Photos about my Paul Rosenberg and UMG visit.

"Houdini" was the first Music post since my visit at Paul Rosenberg in Tenafly New Jersey on the EMINEM Facebook Account from the UMG Staff.

🍀 Luckily I don’t need to buy anything from any UMG Artists Stores - I’ve Spotify, SiriusXM, Amazon, EBay…

[My EMINEM UMG Philly MerchTeam "Coachella 2018 T-shirt" shopping exp. from the Tree 🌳 & 🚗 "Drive Safely-Walk Right" Statue UMG Map Shipping Point is on EMINEM's "MUSIC TO BE MURDERED BY DLX", ect. bc the UMG FameHouse Customer Service never answered by email as stated in the UMG Terms: XXV. 3. and gave me the address of Artist Endeavor to pick up my order directly in Detroit after their shipping problems to send it like the contract and our 👮🏽‍♂️ case.
Sometimes it’s good to talk to Marshall directly and give the permission to use it in the music]

I also visited EMINEM at his House 🏡 and had also talked to Marshall's Security about the Paul Rosenberg & UMG MerchTeam Fan Complaints.

EMINEM said they should go ahead and blame Paul ‼️

Orderd a Bon Jovi Forever patch…

Orderd a Bon Jovi Forever patch T-shirt. Worst quality I have ever experienced on a T-shirt. Cheep fake looking T-shirt with out any labels or anything and the customer service wants me to send back the T-shirt at my expence. So they can send me the same crap again. Totaly riped of!!!

UNACCEPTABLE BULLYING AND INTIMIDATION TACTICS

I requested to cancel an order within less of 24 hours of placing it, UMG flat out refused, hiding behind their abusive terms and conditions and in flagrant breach of consumer rights. When I mentioned opening a Mastercard claim, this is what they wrote to me:
"Any third party disputes filed against order number REPUB29*** will result in a permanent cancelation of all unfulfilled items."
It is shocking and outrageous to see how UMG think they can treat their customers with utter contempt and use this kind of illegal bullying tactics to avoid credit card claims filed against them. Not only am I filing the claim immediately, but I will escalate this as high as possible, out of principle. The head of communication will hear about this, and so will the executive board of directors.

I ordered a Rolling Stones Vancouver BC…

Is there a zero star available? If yes these folks deserve one! And I am sincerely being honest about saying it! I ordered a Rolling Stones Vancouver BC concert t-shirt online from them. It arrived today only to find a gaping hole tear in the parcel. I haven't even opened up the parcel with the t-shirt in it. I emailed their customer service with photos included of the damaged parcel. They tell me they will get back to me asap. Judging buy reading the reviews here I have sinced opened up a Paypal claim that the item I received is damaged and defective. I am willing to send them back this t-shirt but only if they pickup the return shipping cost back to them. I want another exact same t-shirt and I told them put it into a properly sealed up tight bag(freezer bag) if need be. We will see if they do the right thing. I paid like $50 US dolars plus $9 US dollars for this t-shirt. Least they can do is mail one to you properly smh! Instead of it getting tossed around with no pride like a dirty rag. Part 2 to this story. I took the torn parcel(had a hole in the backside of it) into a Canada Post postal outlet shortly after I wrote this. Universal sent me a return label and told me they would compensate me for me to pay to ship t-shirt back to them. Lady behind the counter working the Canada Post looked over parcel and told me that wouldn't be necessary as I had yet to open the package up. She put a RTS(Return To Sender) on it and a label saying I wasn't accepting the package. She told me good thing I hadn't opened up item and refused to accept it. You just saved yourself twenty bucks to ship it back to them. So today they received it and I get an email from them saying they are refunding me my $$$ instead?!?! I'm like 'hello, the deal was you guys were going to ship me out another exact same t-shirt. Is that not happening now"? Still awaiting a response back. Obviously these guys are totally clueless smh! I'll add part 3 once I hear back from these clown shoes. Part 3 the COWARDS refuse to even get back to me. They can stick it where the sun don't shine! Received my refund in full thank you very much. To all those reading don't order anything from these dummies! TERRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ORDERED A BON JOVI FOREVER DENIM JACKET! GOT SAID JACKET YESTERDAY, PLAIN, CHEAP DENIM JACKET IS WHAT I RECEIVED, WITH NO ‘BON JOVI FOREVER’ PATCH ATTACHED AS PER PHOTO AND INVOICE THEY SENT ME. CONTACTED COMPANY, THEY WANT ME TO SEND JACKET BACK, THAT WONT BE HAPPENING. TOLD ME THE JACKETS WERE OUT OF STOCK AND SENT WHAT THEY COULD. JACKET ARRIVED BEING SENT FROM CHINA EVEN THOUGH MY BANK TRANSACTION SAYS ITS IN SANTA MONICA! THEY ARE JUST COMMON CRIMINALS STEALING HONEST PEOPLE’S HARD EARNED CASH. $336 IS WHAT I LOST AND THE JACKET IS CHEAP ASIAN CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM. DID MANAGE TO GET A REFUND AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS WERE SENT. Rubbish

I ordered a few of Zayns new album CDs for me, and for friends. However, not one, not two, not three but four came broken. They do not ship the CDs well, they don’t care about their customers.

One of the worst merch shipping I have ever seen.

hozier special addition vinyl…

I ordered hozier special addition vinyl which I saved for to be delivered a vinyl that is so scratched I can not play.
I have contacted customer services 5 times with no reply on how to either get a replacement or refund.
I will never buy of hear again and think artist should not sell there music through this site as it is just exploiting the fans

No autograph

Ordered in the search of the antidote with signed polaroid and received the vinyl with no autograph. Completely disappointed I was looking forward to it for a months excited to finally receive my first autographed piece.

Plain Theft. No refunds no customer service

I bought something that was promised to arrive "on release date or before". That date passed. They don't have the item, the estimated date of shipping get pushed back every day and it's for next month now. They won't refund me.
They say that I have to wait until they get the album, and when they ship it (it could be next year, who knows) I have to return it to them and only then, the refund "process" can start. At this point I'm sure that if the albjm ever comes and I return it, I would end up with nothing.

don't even bother

I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a customer service before and hope I never will be again.

I bought a T shirt in size M through Billie Eilish's UK store and was very disappointed when it arrived. Firstly the quality of the print wasn't very good, but more importantly the T shirt was a lot smaller than advertised. It was 3.5 inches shorter than described on Universal's online size guide.

I emailed the customer support telling them about this and asking for the correct measurements so I could buy a size that fits. The reply I got was about how to return it for a refund, which is not what I asked for. I asked again, and just got a link to the online size guide. After exchanging a few emails it was clear that I was interacting with an AI bot as the replies were so generic and were not addressing the issue at hand.

I asked to speak to a person but was unsuccessful -
they said that they "cannot attest to the size of every time in our store as we do not have access to that information", with the link for the size guide again, and that they could not exchange the T shirt for a smaller size.

This was beyond frustrating. The emails I received were filled with random spelling mistakes and jarbled sentences that didn't even make sense. They did eventually offer me an exchange, but for a smaller T shirt, despite me repeatedly telling them that I needed a larger size.

I was not getting through to them so I gave them some feedback and clearly stated I will accept an exchange for an XL size. They then replied saying once I gave them proof of postage they will process my refund (?!) which I did not ask for. I did not trust that they would exchange the T shirt if I asked again, so I accepted the refund and re-ordered an XL.

I was however disappointed again, the XL was also 3 inches smaller than the size guide and the proportions were terrible. I have given up and will be returning this T shirt too. Additonally, the label on the packaging of this shirt said 'MENS', even though it is a unisex piece of clothing.

Overall they showed a complete lack of competence and disregard for their customers' time and satisfaction. I am upset that Billie Eilish is continuing to partner with Universal because she has so many young fans that are completely let down by their services when all they want to do is support Billie and buy her merchandise.

I wish I read all the negative reviews before I ordered. First of all, umusic hides behind a lot of artists e-store, so you may be interacting with them without knowing. Second of all, they have very crazy shipping prices. Last one to seal the deal, they are extremely irresponsible with shipping. One of my order took more than 6 months to get a proper update, and they refunded one of my item because it is no longer available... (after 6 months maybe?), and then charged me the same shipping rate for the rest of the items. I know for a fact that charge extra for shipping more items. And this is after me checking the website weeks after weeks seeing when they are going to send my order out - and they always lie and say it's in a couple more days. Terrible merchant, should be out of business. They are only around because they have monopoly in the labels industry.
