Deposit failed 6 times - closed positions without client's content
I've tried to deposit 6 times, without success.
The support team has replied to my email but hasn't helped much more than that.
My friends have encountered issues with the copy trading system, all trades have been closed automatically without the traders' consent so all the positions were on loss.
This is so unprofessional.

Profits removed without evidence – very poor transparency
I opened an account with Ultima Markets and deposited approximately €1,800.
After two days of normal, manual trading, my account balance had grown to around €7,000.
Shortly after, my profits were removed and I was accused of “risk-free arbitrage”.
Despite multiple written requests, Ultima Markets never provided any concrete evidence to support this accusation:
no trade IDs
no timestamps
no technical explanation
only generic references to their Terms & Conditions and an alleged statement from a liquidity provider
I explicitly asked for written clarification and proof, but was repeatedly redirected to speak with an account manager by phone instead of receiving a transparent written explanation.
Based on my experience, profits can be voided without clear justification, even after very short trading periods, and without providing verifiable data to the client.
I strongly recommend caution. If you trade profitably, be aware that disputes may arise and that transparency may be limited.

False advertising
They advertise their ECN account with $5 USD commission. I opened an account with them and was so shocked to see the actual commission of $36 USD was charged to my trade. Horrendous robbery. Avoid at all costs.
