Ultima Markets publicly declared me a Champion but has NOT credited my $2,000 prize — now overdue beyond their own rules

Ultima Markets officially announced me as the 1st Place Star Champion of Traders League S3.
My full name appears on their official Hall of Fame page, and I also received their official “Champions Crowned” email confirming that I won a $2,000 Cash Voucher prize.
According to Ultima Markets’ own publicly published Terms & Conditions, the prize rules clearly state:
• Rewards must be credited within 14 working days
• Rewards are issued as a conditional bonus into a live trading account
• The bonus becomes withdrawable only after completing 20 lots
Despite this:
➤ More than 20 working days have now passed
➤ No prize has been credited to my trading account
When I contacted their support team, their explanations directly contradicted their written Terms & Conditions. Support claimed that the bonus would only be credited AFTER completing the 20-lot trading volume requirement.
This is logically impossible.
My trading account has a $0.00 balance, so I cannot open a single trade unless the bonus is credited first. Their explanation creates a circular condition:
Trade to receive the bonus
but without the bonus you cannot trade
This process effectively blocks winners from accessing promised prizes despite public announcements declaring them champions.
I have contacted support multiple times by live chat and email, supplying proof and requesting clarification.
So far I have received only inconsistent responses and no proper resolution.
I am posting this review to urge Ultima Markets management to honor their own published rules and credit the prize correctly, as publicly promised.
I am able to provide full documentation, including:
✔ Official winners announcement
✔ Hall of Fame listing with my name
✔ Champions confirmation email
✔ Official Terms & Conditions
✔ Support chat transcripts
Until this issue is resolved and the prize is credited as promised, I cannot recommend Ultima Markets to any trader participating in competitions.

I worked with the company for about 2 weeks and at the end of this period they deleted about 3000 dollars that I had earned from my account number 19028271 and then deleted my account. The company continues to make ridiculous excuses to not give you money

Totally scam

Totally scam. This platform and traders claimed that the platform will cover all the loss if the trader blow my account. I deposited some money in Sept and the account was blown within a day. The trader said I would get my money back in a month. And then in Oct, the platform said I needed to deposit $500 to get my last deposit amount of money. It sounded fishy but I wanted to get my money back so I deposited some money. And then the platform said $500 was not enough and ask me to deposit $300 more. At that moment, I could confirm it is a SCAM. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. Not only that, my $500 was blown in few hours as the trader said the $500 was irrelevant and he just needed it to open large volume of trades so that it met the platform requirement to claim the money back. Now, my original capital was gone, my $500 was gone and they asked me to deposit $300 more.

They are such a useless broker ever I…

They are such a useless broker ever I had deposit 400$ into this broker and earned 515$ profit they adjust that amount and now they cut 200_ additionally my my own deposit amount. It's weird don't trade in this scammer broker they will never oay your profit.

Let's be cautious not to be deceived by fake positive reviews.

my balance cannot be withdrawn & lost

Wouldn't recommend.
I do normal trading, there is nothing strange
when I want to make a withdrawal from my account but I can't, the account has been blacklisted
I couldn't withdraw all my balance, then my account balance disappeared by itself, I lost money, lost my mind & lost time
How about this ? Customer trust is lost

This is a total scam platform.
The platform works with some Forex traders to attract new clients.
The platform make money through trading, and traders can make money though profit share and the clients make money as traders trade for them.

Stay away from Ultima Markets – they don’t respect agreements!

I was an affiliate for Ultima Markets, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The company did not respect the terms of the contract and came up with false excuses and lies to avoid paying the commissions that were rightfully mine. Even the affiliate manager did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or provide any real support.

Ultima Markets has shown to be unreliable and dishonest in their dealings with affiliates. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ultima Markets, whether you are a trader or an affiliate. You risk wasting your time and losing money.

This is a SCAM company that doesn't…

This is a SCAM company that doesn't follow rules and breaks European union law according to which an EU citizen can't be offered leverage higher than 1:30. Most of the brokers accept this law, but Ultima Markets does not, which means they absolutely don't care about their clients rights and security.

There are many other brokers respecting most rules, please DO NOT choose Ultima Markets, as they might be breaking other rules as well.

Ultima markets have not replied my email regarding my loss and harming my rights, they only replied explaining margin call bla bla and are avoiding to take professional approach towards my situation.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AMATEUR COMPANY, ONCE YOU NEED A HELP THEY TURN THEIR BACK TO YOU!

These amateurs didn't close my account and let me trade further and I lost another 4.000 EUR. I asked them to close my account as I can't control myself during trading and they couldn't even accomplish just one request I had and that was an account closure and blocking myself from any other account opening in future!!!

They act absolutely unprofessional like amateurs, they don't care about their clients!!!

I am desperate, I don't know what to do, why have you done this to me? :(((((((((
