Upon ordering 5 items which were confirmed via email, mentioning they were 'Regular' size, I was
sent 4 Oversized items which are far to big for me, most of which I now have to return - there was only 1 item that was acceptable...

These are a replacement for the ones…
These are a replacement for the ones that I had.The new ones are very large, so I washed them in cold water and put them in a dryer at low heat. Now they are just right. I notice that the new shirts have a true size writing on the inside. My old ones have a relaxed fit writing. I also notice when I spill salad dressing or toothpaste or even yogurt it becomes a stain and does not come out at all. They are still a very good quality and nice and cool cotton for hot summer days.

Your clothes are very consistent with the size. I aways order the same size in different styles and they always fit. The quality of your clothes is top notch. Your shipping time is UNBELIEVABLY OUTSTANDING!! How is it possible to ship from Germany to the US in 2 days? You do it and it is much appreciated.
