Ive had the Ulike for nearly a year now and I can honestly say its been worth every penny. Its easy and pain free to use. My legs and bikini line are as smooth as after waxing but without the rash. Customer service is also very quick and friendly, would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Ulike Air 3 IPL hair removal device with high hopes after reading a lot of positive reviews. I used the device consistently and followed the recommended treatment plan, treating my underarms, legs, and bikini area several times per week. Unfortunately, after several weeks of use, I didn’t see the reduction in hair growth that I was hoping for. While the device may work well for others, it simply didn’t deliver noticeable results for me during the 90-day period.

That said, the experience I had with **Ulike’s customer service team** has been excellent from beginning to end. Every representative I interacted with was professional, polite, and genuinely tried to help troubleshoot the issue. They asked thoughtful questions about how I was using the device and made several suggestions to try and improve my results before moving forward with the return process.

When I still didn’t see improvement and requested a refund, they extended the trial period and followed up multiple times to make sure my concerns were being heard. Even after a small delay on my part, they were flexible and worked with me to find a reasonable compromise. In the end, they honored a partial refund that I felt was fair given the circumstances, and I appreciated their willingness to resolve the issue with care and understanding.

While the product itself didn’t work for me, I was genuinely impressed by how Ulike handled the situation. It’s clear they value their customers and are committed to standing behind their service — something that isn’t always guaranteed with online purchases. If you’re considering trying a Ulike product, I think it’s worth it knowing their support team will be there if you need them.

I have been using my ulike air 10 since December. Consistency is key! Also, repeating the area several times in one session as they recommend is the only way to see real results. I didn't realize I had to do that at first. My bikini area and underarm are stubborn but the hair has decreased a lot. What's there grows slowly and is thinner and sparse. My legs are almost hair free as long as I continue maintenence sessions about one a month. I have taken breaks off and on and there's regrowth but it's been a great tool and I'm happy with my results. There's no way I could spend thousands to get professional laser. Thanks ulike for having great customer service as well!

Been using this Ulike for a few months, always after shaving, 2-3 times a week. I’ve got medium skin tone and dark brown hair, did laser before so I’m just trying to touch up small areas. Honestly haven’t seen any change, kinda disappointed… maybe it works better for other people? Anyone with similar skin/hair had better results?

I have the air2 and have been using it for a few months. It definitely works and I’m pleased with the results. I would love to try the newer models

Have been using ulike air 10 for alittle while now and can see a definite improvement with air growth i think the key is to be consistent! However the adaptor overheated tonight and melted still waiting to see if I can get a replacement, but customer service has been good so far.

I am not sure why I am getting this review to fill out, I emailed a request to talk to someone about my Ulike not working right and have never heard back from anyone. That was about a month or so ago...

I usually do not have much hope in these type of products because they never ever work for me, but I decided to go ahead and give this one a try. I honestly am so happy that I took a chance because it actually works and it isn't painful either. On a pain level scale of 1 - 10 ( in the most sensitive areas and on the highest setting) maybe a 2 at most. I love my Air 10!

I answered an ad for the ulike 2 or Pro, not sure the name. I got ulike 1. Didn't realize it because there was no markings or labels to tell me what I got. Not until later I seen an ad that showed me the difference in the two. I didn't realize in time to exchange it. They gave me $25
off. I already have a 1. Still bummed, make sure you get.what you pay for.

The Ulike Air10 is a game changer! This device really is amazing! It’s so nice to finally be able to do laser hair removal in the privacy of home. Also, the customer support is exceptional! I’ve told everyone they need to get this device ASAP!

I was very nervous before using this but I needed have been. It really is very easy to use and painless. I’m still in Phase 1 currently (almost done the first 4 week period) but my skin is lovely and soft after using the device….would recommend.

Pros: Air 10 is well made, high quality.
Used it for more than 6 months now. Still need to shave, but a lot less often. And shaving is easier because hair is thinner and softer.
Cons : If you plan to travel with it, you might wish it was more compact. It's also a bit pricey, considering the technology behind it is no longer new, and there are many similar products at a lower price point.

Absolutely LOVE it! Shaving less. No need to worry about stubble.

I purchased the Ulike 3 in February 2023 to prepare for summer. I used it 2-3x a week for several months. I used it on my underarms, legs and bikini area. It's now summer 2025 and I still don't need to shave my underarms or legs. My bikini area is less hairy but still needs trimming. I'm a hairy brunette. Before Ulike, if I would shave my legs in the morning, I would have stubble at 5. It's so nice not having to worry about shaving my legs before I can wear shorts. This is the best purchase I've made ever!

I wish I had this device years ago! It has saved me so much money and time with hair removal. I saw results after only 2 uses, and am now at the point where I only need to use it once a month to maintain my results. I highly recommend it for its price point and its effectiveness.

This product works well, but hasn't been "permanent". I've had it for a year or so already and used it many times. Still grow hair. However, I just didn't want to use it everyday or every other day because I do have sensitive skin.
