the tiles were broken when we opened…
the tiles were broken when we opened the box, I have tried calling them at least a dozen times, but only once did anyone answer the phone. I have emailed photos of the broken tiles 5 times so far but I've been told they haven't seen the photos. still trying

I have looked back through the emails and can see we followed all emails up and advised we hadn't yet received any images. Once images were received, replacements were dispatched the same day.
