We absolutley love our multi fuel stove! Beautiful finish and a team of 3 cracking lads who didnt stop thankyou so much highly recommend

2 years ago my chimney opening, multifuel stove, fireplace, lintel, surround , hearth, pre sweep, cowl, liner etc all done by Thomas and his Team. A whirlwind! All done in a day!
Very impressive! A lovely professional job of the spec I wanted! A cracking multifuel burner! So much heat! Perfect.
Very competitive price for the complete job. Excellent communication.
Recently had an issue with my surrounding tiles(probably to the heat produced by the stove) . Managed to contact Thomas and he gladly made the time to sort my issue with no charge.
Can’t fault Thomas his expertise and Staffordshire section of uk stove installers enough.

Good communication when I was picking my burner, good advice.
Great set of lads that fitted it, very friendly and cleaned up well and fitted it quickly.
All in all a good experience.

After a few weeks we still hadn’t received our HETAS Certificate and was getting slight worried,

Contacted the team and was notified why, the team were working on sorting out the issue,

1 week later the Certificate came through the door,

Extremely disappointed with this company. My stove developed a fault after a month and despite contacting them via different methods and eventually receiving a response saying that they would attend. They then made excuses on more than one occasion saying they were understaffed. They have not been back in touch or offered to come and fix the problem.

Great service , easy to deal with from picking our stove package through to instillation, the 2 fitters did a fantastic job, really happy with our new stove , I would definitely recommend this company 👍

Contacted this company via an online phone at they texted me within an hour. We were asked to complete an online survey and provide address and pictures of the chimney breast. Sent them along with picture of chimney stacks etc as requested then never heard from them again. Chased them up a couple of times with no response at all. They clearly don’t need the work but could have at least responded rather than leave us hanging.

What a great service received from start to finish lovely lads cleaned up after themselves went through every step by step with us explained everything over the moon with result definitely,💯 recommended.

Excellent from the initial get in touch through to the installation! Was talked through the install and was informed on what will happen and given choices on layout and advised on best way to go. Highly recommend 👍

The two lads from UK Stove installers-Staffordshire, fitted our new stove yesterday. Joe and Tyler arrived on time, explained to us the fitting process with clarity, how long it would take, potential issues, etc etc.
They did a tremendous job despite the awful weather. They finished on time, took time to answer our questions and left a clean and tidy house. Well done lads, thank you. Workmanship admirable, choice of music, leaves a lot to be desired!

I can't praise this company enough! I am blown away with my multi fuel installation, the brick slip, stone hearth and oak beam sets it all off perfectly well. Arrived on time, really friendly professional lads, very tidy workers, highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble (& I can be very particular 🤣). Quick to respond to messages. Great price & a beautiful log burner installed in a day. Cannot recommend Thomas & his team highly enough.

Happy with my stove, looks great. Went out for a few hours and left them to it. Was pretty much done when I got back.

I have just had a stove fitted by this company and I can’t fault the service from start to finish. I chose the stove I wanted, surround, hearth etc, paid a £50 deposit and booked a date for installation. Gary and Tyler turned up promptly on the day and completed the job within a few hours. It looks fabulous and the guys who fitted it were a credit to the company. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have a stove installed. Jill

The people who installed my stove worked very professionaly,they cut out the chimney breast quickly and cleaned up very well,the install was fast lovely tiles and base.The living room feels so much more homely and when it is lit the hole house benefits.Love it should have got one years ago

I was a bit nervous at first doing everything online, and paying a £50 deposit with out seeing anyone physically and doing everything online. Fast forward 5 weeks to my installation date, two lovely lads, Jordan and his worker came on said time and worked their bums off until my fireplace was complete ❤️ I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I was recommended to use this company however no response to phone calls tried email got a automated response to which we replied to and asked for home visit as the click ordering system was not applicable to us and guess what no reply to sent emails. If a company can’t reply to requests or return your phone call message for new business what happens in the event of issues …..

This company is a franchise with different divisions and installers. The price was very competitive, however we had to have the entire installation ripped out and fitted again.

The installers installed a block raised bed for the hearthstones and it was not straight. This resulted in the hearthstones overhanging more on one corner than the other.

Credit to the company they resolved the issue the same day that i raised a complaint.

I did state the above comment on a Facebook post, however my comment was deleted and i was blocked. It would appear that different franchisees using the same brand name do not mind photography from users with positive comments from customers who had different installers. But anything that states the installation had to be ripped out is deleted and user blocked.

It looks like brand protection to me.
