Though I was very happy with the level of service afforded to me by UK Probate & Tara Baldwin, the "experience" of waiting for the Grant of Probate approval, was an incredibly long & frustrating one, though I accept that Tara Baldwin did her very best to help & assist.

From start to finish Sue provided a professional and efficient service and all questions were responded to quickly. She made what was a very stressful and emotional time (we had already sacked one solicitor) into a straight forward procedure. Thank you.

To start with it's important to understand how paranoid I am about being scammed. I checked ICAW for any issues, I checked Trustpilot, I checked the reviews of people that had reviewed this business and several other companies to be sure they were real people . I rang a couple of times to check how quickly I got a response. I was reassured and also with the "get back to us when your ready" , no pressure at all.

After completing their information gathering form I posted the original will and accompanying documentation on the 9th December by Special delivery . Tara received them the next morning and had our application sent off the same day. We actually received the grant of probable on the 19th December . Obviously this cannot be guaranteed every time but was amazing ! 10 days , not the 6-8 weeks we expected!

So I can reassure you these are genuine people providing a superb service , they communicate what is going on . I have run small businesses most of my life and I try to do the same.

When you need to go through the process of Probate it can be and probably might be a very challenging time to get through it.
Having lost our Mother at the beginning of 2021 and being named as the Executor to the will i chose to take a step back and look at the options out there as to what to do, can you do this yourself yes you can if you are confident enough and it is not a massive estate to work through, you can use solicitors to do it for you, but even then you will pay 2/3/4 times the money for the same process as we have now paid to PROBATE UK. at the time of doing this review we paid the small sum of £499. for everything and to be honest will recommend this as the way to save so much time, hassle and a lot less worry if you got it right or if you have done something wrong, Probate UK have been without doubt 101% spot on with all they have done and we have no hesitation what so ever than to recommend them to help YOU from start to finish. Sue the lady who was always on hand to help with anything that we were not sure was always ready to help and replies were quick and clear.
Our mothers estate was not large and under the IT BAND but again knowing what we now know even if it was over the band we feel sure that PROBATE UK will be your best choice to go with from start to finish.
And no we are not paid to say this, this is 101% genuine from the heart how we feel.

After receiving advice from a high street solicitor which turned out not to be true we decided to use uk probate. So glad we did, Tara was so helpful and patient and guided me through it all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It's hard to know what to do first when a family member passes away but getting UK Probate on board was my best decision. Tara was my contact, I sent everything to her, whenever a query arrived or I received post I forwarded it to Tara and it was completely dealt with. It was so helpful having 1 contact, I could speak on the phone or email with any queries. UK Probate took a lot of the stress out of a terrible situation when my dear Dad passed away & kept me up to date. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from start to finish. If only every company had the same work ethic as UK Probate, honestly, they are quick, efficient, first class, get back to you immediately and keep you informed every step of the way. I'm obviously hoping I don't have to deal with them again any time soon (!), but if I do need another Grant of Probate in future, I will contact them again without fail.

Lots of paperwork involved so I decided to leave it to a very reasonably priced professional company to apply for probate on my behalf. I wasn't disappointed as they were efficient and responded to emails in a timely fashion. Would definitely use again if I happened to be an executor again!!

Sue delt with my late mothers Probate very swiftly once we found her original Will which had been taken and stored by the SRA. Covid certainly slowed down the process but we managed to get it completed in under three months
