UK Probate provide a first rate service from start to finish. They handled all the complex tax consequences of Trust Wills, use of Deed of Variation and Transfer of Allowances with HMRC.

If you look at the HMRC web site it is rather difficuilt if you are not familiar with all the rules and allowances.

Thanks to Sue and her team getting Gant of Probate was made easy with considerable estate tax savings.

In Early June My dad passed away with Liver failure abroad, I came across UK probate and received a call back From Tara who explained what she needed in terms of information and how much it would cost.
My dads case unfortunately wasn’t too straight forward as he exchanged on a property to sell a couple of weeks before passing away and then we was not able to complete for obvious reason.
With Potential fines looming Tara was able to speak to the people in charge of probate in the Uk and was able to get it expedited.
From start to finish we received full probate in around 5 weeks.
If there’s a company out there telling you that they can get you emergency probate.. they would be lying.

Tara done her very best and chased it every single day for me.
Answering all emails within 30 mins and explained the next step.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would at such a hard time
