Very easy booking and after seeing such positive reviews had no worries about using UK power flush . I was not disappointed ,good communication with Derek and Paul arrived on time and provided extremely clean tidy and professional surface throughout the whole procedure . My system was really bad and I have now have lovely hot efficient radiators and have hopefully increased the life of my boiler . I was very appreciative and grateful that Paul had driven such a long way but despite the long journey he still gave the job a first class service .

I contacted uk flush because I had a cold spots in my radiator s . The radiator in the dining room was hardly putting out any heat , after contacting uk flush they kept me informed of date of arrival, even on the morning of arrival gave me ETA , There flushing machine did a great job so clean to , Tom was very polite and worked hard on all radiator s , I never thought anyone one could solve the problem with the dining room radiator and I was wrong wow uk flush did and my central heating system is like new , so a big thank you to UK flush and Tom ,

UK Powerflush were recommended by a friend. Paul arrived promptly at the agreed time and took 15 minutes or so to check the location and condition of the radiators. He then explained the process and asked if I had any questions. Paul was very knowledgeable and passionate about all aspects of plumbing and was happy to discuss ways to improve my heating system. Throughout the day he was polite and tidy, removing shoes each time he came in the house. The job took around six hours and I was provided with photos of the temperature of each radiator at the end of the process. No cold spots and the system heats up much quicker.
Highly recommended and great value for money.

Easy communication with Derek to arrange the Powerflush of my mother in law’s heating system. Wayne arrived to carry the job out and quickly got to work explaining as he went how the cleaning process worked. He removed a large amount of black sludge from the system and managed to get the three radiators that were barely working very hot. The whole system is now working much more efficiently and Wayne left everything clean and tidy.

We chose UK Powerflush having seen so many good reviews on Trustpilot and a competitive price on their website. Derek got in touch with us within hours of leaving an online enquiry and was great with communication from start to finish, as was Adam who came out to do the work and was very professional, friendly, great at giving easy to understand information about what he was doing, and great with our little dog too. We felt perfectly comfortable and happy with Adam working in our house. Although we'd been advised previously that a powerflush can be a full day job, Adam was finished up not long after lunchtime, and we can already feel the difference in the efficiency of the heating system. Prompt appointment and good explanation of process throughout the day including before and after photos of work carried out. Good aftercare checking in to make sure all was ok as well.

Only downside would be cost, which started off at £375+vat which turned into £638 total for 13 radiators which included £100+ for a fernox filter and an extra £50 for descaler, all of which we of course agreed to on the day but didn't realise how much it would all add up to by the end. Good overall service but a shock to the wallet.

Wayne did an amazing job, promptly, professionally and the cost was great. The increase in heat from radiators throughout is 100% improved and would highly recommend UK Powerflush.

Following my annual boiler service the engineer advised that my central heating system would benefit from having a power flush, hence I contacted Derek and within the same week Wayne from UK Power Flush arrived on time and got to work. The job was more labour intensive than expected, not helped by the fact that my water tank is located in a difficult to reach area of my loft. Despite this Wayne cleaned the tank for me as part of the job. It was also necessary to replace two pump valves as the originals would not close, obviously this was an extra cost and to be expected. Wayne completed the job by mid afternoon after checking all 12 radiators were heating up and used a thermal heating device to confirm each was reaching acceptable levels. The area was left clean and tidy and I would have no hesitation in recommending UK Power Flush Limited.

This company communicated clearly from the start to finish. Tom was polite, clean and very honest about the appraisal of my system. Very happy with the job and will use this company again.

Firstly we were asked to pay before the job was finished.
When they left we had less radiators working than before they started.
After the guy left he said turn heating on for two hours which we did .
He never even waited to see if they were working.
We even had a radiator that was leaking.
We have asked for a refund or to finish the the job.
We are still waiting.
Please don't make the mistake we made and pay before you are satisfied it's working.

You said we had trouble with our radiators before. Total rubbish we have never had a power flush before.
It was you who said that there wouldn't be any problems having our radiators power flushed and convinced me to have them done.
We had the invoice sent to my phone on the morning of the job.
We only had problems with the boiler after Tom had done the power flush. Regards the leak. The leak was caused by the power flush. Tom never even tested everything after he finished the job if he did he would have noticed that we had a leak . When Tom finished the job he asked for the payment to be made into your account.
We are now having someone else have a look to see if they can rectify your unfinished work.
What happened to the two years guarantee we paid the full price so should be covered .

The service and after care has been exceptional. I wanted to get my system cleaned prior to winter and after a discussion with Derek opted to go forward with a powerflush. Adam was brilliant, explaining the whole process and worked hard for the whole day to clean the 14 radiators and central heating system. A couple of weeks later and when getting the bolier serviced I noticed a couple of radiators were not heating up, I spoke with Derek who quickly arranged for an engineer to come and explore the issue as part of the warranty. Davy arrived, and got to work quickly to explore the potential issue, and after a few hours resolved things and the system is better than when we moved in. I would highly recommend Derek and his team.

I was hesitant booking a power flush as I thought it was not the solution to the problem I was experiencing with two radiators failing to heat - but UK Power Flush proved me wrong - my central heating with all radiators working is now amazing ready for whatever winter gives me. Thank you Derek.

I was worried that the heating system we have was totally blocked with sludge that had built up since installation when the house was built some 40 years ago as 6 out 8 radiators never got warm at all. So I contacted UK Powerflush for a quote and arranged a date for work to commence.
Adam turned up and quickly got to work, a very experienced man and his attention to detail and work ethos is second to none. He explained everything that he would be doing and every step of the way showed me TIC (thermal imaging camera) of how the Powerflush was going.
Needless to say he proved that my heating system was good an I had heat to all of my radiators which was a relief for me. He advised me that the pump on my 16 year old combi was well underperforming which isn't a problem as I am looking to replace it and all radiators in the next month or so... I was shocked at the amount of black sludge and water he got out of the system.
I cannot recommend UK Powerflush enough. Adam is a credit to the company and I would appreciate it if you can pass on my thanks for completing the job and for dealing with my over excited Olde English Bulldog.
