Purchased a 7ftx8ft apex shed with bolted base. Shed was easy to assemble and of good quality with all fittings supplied. Delivery driver was courteous and helpful, called 10 minutes before arrival and unloaded the panels in good time.

Items were shown as in stock at the point of order on the website. No confirmation was received - chased as no communication and was told it was going to be another 3 weeks. When finally delivered the company had told the courier someone would be there to help despite the t&cs saying 2 man delivery will always be provided. Avoid!

I found this family business while searching online for a decking kit. I placed my order and received it one week later, bang on time!

Firstly, their price beat EVERYBODY, and that included delivery all the way to Surrey! The quality of the wood is excellent, no warps or splits and their customer service is top notch (no pun intended! 😄). I can’t fault them at all and would 100% use them again (got a shed project on the horizon!).

Please support businesses like this, they beat the chain suppliers hands down! 🤩

Easy experience throughout. I needd some custom panels and given helpful advice in initial selection. Delivery arrangements convenient even when I did need to alter and delivery and product good

I needed a decking kit which wasn't a standard size. I called, spoke to Maxine and explained what I needed and, after exchanging a couple of e-mails top clarify my requirements, Maxine had designed the bespoke kit that I needed.

The kit was delivered the following week, exactly on time, and I set to work. The kit was perfect - and the guidance on-line helped no end to guide me through the build process. Everything that I needed was included and, after a few days of hard work, we now have exactly the decking that we were thinking about.

Great service all through the process - and they even wanted to see pictures of the finished installation. Highly recommended, and I'd have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

We have an area of our garden that always catches the late sun but there was nowhere to sit and enjoy it so we decided to install decking.
An online search introduced us to UKDeckit and we were impressed with the value for money their kits represented.
The whole purchase process from start to finish could not have been better. Easy to order, kept us well informed and delivered bang on time. Cannot recommend UKDeckit highly enough.

found this company online and was a bit dubious about using them as their prices were so low compared to other firms I had looked at. placed my order and got a delivery date which was confirmed by phone the next day. received delivery two days early very friendly helpful driver nice quality deck and a follow up phone call two days later to make sure everything was ok. all this with free delivery as well ! I would highly recommend this firm for quality and customer service

Very polite over the phone when I had a query, delivery drivers were polite and prompt, two days in and the kit appears to be good quality (time will tell!). Very reasonably priced.

Ordered some fencing for a buy to let property where the wind had blown to existing fencing apart. Called, told them what I needed and placed the order on the phone. Tenant couldn't take delivery until a week later. Order arrived on the day in perfect condition. Company was efficient and price competitive. Would recommend.

I ordered a 3mx3m deck and 10 railway sleepers. All came in excellent condition. Very please with the products and service. Thanks alot

Ordered decking kit as site advertising 3-5 working day delivery. Nearly two weeks later, received a phone call to say delivery would be the following Tuesday between 4&6pm (3 weeks from ordering). At 3pm on the delivery day, received a telephone call to say, the courier had not picked up our delivery and she didn't know why. We had arranged time off work and fitter to install this. Having not heard by tea time the following day what was happening, telephoned which was answered and responded to in what I can only describe as an abrupt manner. It was almost as if I was causing a problem by asking when I would receive my order!. Email received tonight from udeckit to say sorry but courier can't deliver until Monday (too late for us) but that they were waiting to see if another courier could deliver. Have now given udeckit the options of either delivering my order by 9am Friday or cancel the order and refund the payment that was taken ,3 weeks ago. Not confident with this company now, first time using and definitely will be the last.
Update: not able to deliver it when it was needed and offered to deliver next week or if not suitable would give full refund. Emailed them straight back to say I want a full refund and that email has been ignored, not even acknowledged. Only took seconds for them to take the money off me but considerably longer for them to pay it back. Appalling customer service.

Fast and efficient service, called them on the Thursday to enquire If I was able to have a 4.8 x 4.8 deck kit delivered on the following Weds, this was no problem and yesterday (weds) I received my delivery during the time slot given. Great service all round from ordering, customer service and delivery, and to note the delivery was to Essex so was a fair drive! Also decking is of a very high quality!

Excellent quality materials for my decking. Arrived on the date they said it would.

I ordered a decking kit and knew it would take a few weeks as it said on the web site. I ordered it in plenty of time but I wasn’t in a rush.
I spoke to them a couple of times as I needed to change a few things, which was easy to do.
The delivery arrived at the given time and with exactly what I expected.. even though it was a large area deck. It was easy to install, saved me loads of money on getting it done and looks great.
I can highly recommend.
