Born out of a love for Do-It-Yourself and an appreciation for quality tools at great value prices, LoveDIY is now a leading stockist for several premium brands, specialising in Painting & Decorating supplies.
LoveDIY began under the banner of Redline Building Supplies and Services in 2010. Redline BSS being an independent builders merchant and plant hire company, stocking building supplies for the trade, and the first-choice supplier for the Gelder Group.
In 2013, online sales from the Redline website increased to a point where it was selling to more and more home consumers and DIY’ers. At this point, the LoveDIY brand was born and the online sales division became its own business entity. Since then, sales have continued to increase, and our team still work closely with Redline BSS and the Gelder Group.
In early 2021, in partnership with the PPG Paint Group, LoveDIY acquired its own Paint Mixing Machine, allowing us to offer our customers an even greater range of paint colours and finishes, serving decorators locally, via a Click & Collect service and nationally, via our chosen parcel networks.
We pride ourselves on offering an excellent range of Painting and Decorating Supplies at competitive prices and with an unrivalled level of customer service. We use sustainable and recyclable packaging wherever possible so that you can shop with LoveDIY in complete confidence.

Customer services were extremely…
Customer services were extremely helpful verifying that the item they advertised was the exact one I wanted and ordering was easy. My only reason for 4 stars not 5 was ,I paid for next day delivery , my order was placed at 12.50 and the cut off was supposed to be 1pm. My order wasn't sent next day delivery which I was told was because I had missed the deadline. When I checked my order it was definitely before 1 pm. However it was not pushed through to the warehouse until after the deadline. I will say that I was given a refund on my express delivery as a good will gesture. However I would like to say that if orders aren't pushed straight through to the warehouse then maybe the cut off time should be changed to an earlier time as I did really want the item next day .

Placed an order with supposed next day delivery. Wanted the item quickly.
4 days later still waiting . Messaged customer service through the website. No response.
I would have been better ordering through Amazon!
