I spoke to Michael Walker today regarding the fact that my Bank Account and Credit Card had been hacked.
I explained to him the problems I was having and my concern that it would reflex on My Credit Rating.
He was exceedingly helpful and reassuring.
Michael, looked up my Credit Rating and explained it to me in detail. He told me that our Credit Rating are updated the whole time depending on our spending habits.
Michael, gave me good advice on how I need to check My Accounts regularly to make sure I have not been hacked.

They trick into signing for a 14-day trial, with no way to cancel it once you realise that you're not downloading your statutory report but signing for some scam scheme instead.
Louis, one of the advisors was absolutely fantastic. He helped me understand my credit score, how to improve it and all the confusing stuff around it.
Thanks a lot Louis 👍

Watch Out for Hidden Subscription Charges
What appeared to be a simple, low-cost credit report turned into an expensive monthly subscription that I hadn’t realised I was signing up for.
After checking my bank statements, I discovered I had been charged £24.95 per month following a short trial period. By that point, two payments had already been taken. I immediately contacted customer services and explained that I had only wanted the initial report and had not used the service afterwards.
The company refused to issue a refund, stating that the subscription details were included during sign-up and that I could have accessed the service, regardless of whether I actually used it or not.
Unfortunately, my card provider was unable to recover the money, although they did help prevent any further payments from being taken.
My advice: read every screen carefully before entering your payment details, as what looks like a one-off purchase may actually be the start of a recurring subscription.

Absolute scammed, there are a few companies that do this. Charging people for services without making it clear they are charging. Scammed me for 2 months before I noticed. Customer service would not refund. Absolute scum.
