First class service

Really pleased. Starting with the photo image to show what the tiles would look like - this was really effective and the finished result looked exactly the same. Samples and order arrived promptly. First class service.

Delivery chaos.

Ordered three items. They sent an email saying delivery would be 30/09/2021for 2 items and I assumed the adhesive. 28/09 2021 received email saying delivery now 7/10/2021.30/09/2021 floor tiles delivered early in pouring rain (no plastic wrapping) but no adhesive. They say adhesive Monday or Tuesday and rest of floor covering 07/09/2021. Three days at home for what should of been one delivery. Men to fit cancelled once and do not now when to book them again.

Yes I see there have been delivery problems, which we can only apologise for. This is more common at the moment with the known shortage of drivers accross the whole transport industry affecting service.
I can see Paul has been onto everything for you, and updating you each time we get an update from the manufacturer/courier.
Again apologies & I hope things will be better now with deliveries. And chase us up any time.

This is a good company

This is a good company , spoke with Frank initially who is very knowledgeable and following my choice of samples received, I had no hesitation in placing my order . Goods arrived on the date agreed. Can not fault my experience with this company.

I had a great experience using this…

I had a great experience using this company. The flooring was excellent, great quality and looks amazing in my kitchen area. I ordered vinyl sheet, and Frank was the gentleman that helped me with the payment process and ordering the right size. Great communication when I needed help with anything. Thank you

Good customer service

Goods arrived on time, well packaged.

Carpet Tiles now laid and appear very good. Excellent service from UK Contract Flooring. No hesitation in giving the company a recomendation.

Very easy to use online ordering…

Very easy to use online ordering system, however when it came to returns it was not so easy.

After making a genuine mistake this company refused to let me return the floor tiles for an exchange.

Although they are local to me I would not use them again based on this 1st time experience.
