quick to take the money slow to deliver and very poor communication. Pity I could of spend more money with them

I ordered 2 items from UK Camping and Leisure. Unfortunately 1 of the items was damaged in transit. 1 email which was responded to within a day and the issue was sorted to my satisfaction 100%. I judge a company when things go wrong on how they respond to the issue, and I could not fault the customer service. I can recommend and will use this company again myself.

I bought a circuit board from them which, it turned out, I didn’t need. I asked to return it and it was not a problem their customer services person said. I returned the item and received a full refund a few days later no questions asked. Excellent service. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered replacement mirror on 26 June since then the delivery company has sent me 12 emails relating from confirming address to telling me they were looking for my parcel.the last email saying they can’t find it and contact the supplier, amazingly it turned up 10 days later.No problem with the mirror or supplier just the delivery company they use to send it.

The camping mat was delivered pronto thank you. Very pleased and a good price. Good company.

Good price, but more importantly excellent customer service when the item failed to function properly. They contacted the manufacturer and got back to me rapidly with a successful fix. Happy days!

These guys saved me! I placed an order for some last minute items online hoping I could collect them before going away that afternoon - the staff could not have been more friendly. I used their chat and email to highlight my order and had responses on both. Superb service with a smile. The best way to start my festival weekend. Hugely appreciated.

Within an hour of ordering I cancelled as it was the incorrect item. It had not been processed. I followed up with an email. I then received notification of despatch. I again emailed them again on reply. This company is only contactable be email but they don’t reply. On reading their terms and conditions you have to pay to return. I will refuse delivery when it arrives. It is not fair to expect customers to pay for returns. This company does not reply to emails maybe they would care to explain on here

I ordered a campervan awning, unfortunately after speaking with a lovely advisor I was told they weren't in stock for a number of weeks. As im going away soon she promptly cancelled my order and requested a refund for me. Even though I didn't get my awning I would definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased a Sun Canopy for my Quest Pro 4 gazebo. After only 3 uses, one of the poles snapped, making it unusable. I contacted UK Leisure And Camping, by email. The matter was dealt with promptly and a replacement was ordered and delivered with 3 days. Unfortunately the manufacturer sent the wrong poles. Again I sent an email stating this and a full replacement was received in 2 days.
I would like to thank Samantha for the prompt and professional manner in which my complaint was dealt with. I would certainly use this company again and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Zero customer service- I did not receive the awning I ordered but some other item, I have emailed numerous times with no response- we’re on day 7 now

I purchased a product from here, which I really liked, but it proved to be faulty. They were excellent in processing the return and refund rapidly.
