By far the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on! The comfort is phenomenal and unrivalled. However, these mattresses are so phenomenally hot! I don’t ever get any decent sleep because of the heat - even with a 2 tog duvet all winter. Don’t even think about it if you have any perimenopause / menopausal symptoms - the heat from these mattresses lead me to toss and turn all night long and make me clammy. Even when using the cooling mattress protector which does nothing!

Pillows arrived nicely boxed and each in its own bag. Really great product, very comfortable to sleep on. Both pillows were from the outlet shop, but we're in great condition.
Would have liked an order confirmation email with delivery estimate, but apart from that, I am delighted

The product is great. However, I would of liked more correspondence regarding delivery. I received nothing so was out when my parcel arrived. I wasn't even informed when it was despatched. A little disappointing for an excellent product.

Bought 2pillows,that good ordered a matress

I had a very stiff neck for a long time, since

I purchased the SmartCool pillow. Even though I chose the small size, I still found the pillow a bit too big for me. The cooling feature also works very well, but for me it was actually too much.

Because of this, I requested to return the pillow. The return process was very easy, and the refund was processed quickly as well.

I purchased the cloud mattress Oct 2023 and now this mattress has a tilt which has caused me to fall out of bed fitting every part of my body from my head downwards and I’m furious.
The guarantee that is provided with his very expensive mattress is not worth the paper it is written on because the rules around their own mattresses count for nothing.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS TO ANYONE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT.
Rubbish, and my injuries don’t matter.
My last mattress was what you would class as extremely well made and lasted me for 12 years,
Save your money and avoid.

Delivery experience was far better than expected. Very polite people and helped to assemble the bed quicky. Bed is beautiful and good quality

Quick delivery, pillows arrived as described and works exactly as expected!

Ordered two pillowcases for shaped Tempur pillows on 10th January. We were quoted 6-7 weeks for delivery and they arrived on 25th Feb so pretty much as expected. Pillowcases are great but I don't understand why 2 pillowcases take 6+ weeks to arrive!

The mattress I purchased is the Ease. At first glance, you might not think it’s anything special, but once you actually sleep on it, you experience the real comfort it offers. It has honestly been the best mattress I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

My new pillow is much softer compared to my previous one( it was much harder, could not squeeze it the same way). It took me some weeks to get used to it. I do not know if the cooling effect during the summer will be noticeable. I will have to wait a bit longer.

Great pillows – expensive but worth it

Easy to use website and ordering was super simple.
The pillow is amazing I've been sleeping so well since I started using it and I've had chronic sleep issues most of my life. Wish I'd bought it sooner look. Great all round experience.

Easy to order online and accurate information about when the product will be sent however the lack of updates to my order was a little annoying and for an item that was listed as in stock, it took longer than I would have liked to be delivered. The mattress itself is really comfortable, best nights sleep ever!
