Great product, not so great delivery time
Bought the twin battery pack when on offer.
Personally, I think it was a good deal for the batteries I required.
Dropped a star for delivery time which was very poor even for delivery to the Highlands. However, I accept that delivery was by a third party and outside of Ryobi's direct control

works well on smooth flat flooring, but not so good on non-slip flooring because it has micro grooves and the pad cant get through grooves, but still a good mop.

The pole hedge trimmer is very poorly…
The pole hedge trimmer is very poorly designed, in contrast to most Ryobi tools. It is so top heavy that it is almost impossible to control the cut and the right hand has to be constantly on the start button, so it is extermely uncomfortable. Despite Ryobi claiming the pole hedge trimmer to be lightweight, all the weight is at the extreme end of the pole making it almost unmanageable. Having to keep the start button depressed all the time limits one's control of the tool. Definitely a don't buy.
