Your website has got worse over the past 5 years. If you search for a 10 Meg ohm resistor you can't find any as they are listed as 10 mohm. Searching for inductor is hit and miss as well as capacitors... See more

I've been a customer of RS since the 70's. Always been very happy with the quality of their products and speed of delivery. Strongly recommend anyone serious about electronics would do well to open an account with them!
The issue was the courier DHL and possibly RS.
Order 3017230313 was collected @ 16:15 31st March
Order 3017317233 was collected @ 22:27 7th April Both orders were expected to be with me the following day, but both were delayed and didn't make it to the local depot.
I traveled to the depot on both occasions as I could not speak to anyone at DHL, I called RS regarding the first order as after I agreed with the depot to collect the parcel but I later received a message saying it would be delivered in 7 days!!!
Both orders were time critical and I placed my order with RS as I always received my orders next day and have come to rely on this. DHL were a nightmare to deal with, the only route other than travelling to the depot (which I did twice at a time when fuel was scarce and expensive) was to wait for someone from DHL to get in contact via WhatsApp, this took around 24 hours, which is no good when I have customers wanting updates.

I think it is misleading to say there is a returns policy of 30 days 'Don't worry, whatever the reason, we're happy to arrange the return of your products within 30 days of you receiving them' - but when you try to return items, it is not possible to return some of them

RS always have a huge selection of items that I know are good quality. They usually have what I need in stock so I can usually pick up the next day. Always a good experience.
Urgently needed this product and RS came up trumps. Ordered on Friday afternoon and received following Monday.... Fantastic service.
At a loss. Did online purchase 26th of March. Showed stock. 2 emails to say goods delayed. Finally cancelled the order. Nobody could assist

in the past year your service has got worse, the DHL service you use now which is EVRI is terrible they turn up so late in the day now, Useless!!

I found the site a bit clunky and didnt realise i was ordering to collect rather than deliver as my adress was logged, and id had deliveries before, i assumed it would be the same.
this is seemingly impossible to reverse
however a member of staff went above and beyond resolved it for me asap
I’m sure this is a great company but I have only ordered one item, a bump cap, turned out to be a straight forward cap. What’s more it’s still on the website and listed as a bump cap! Sent my item back and still not been reimbursed.

Ordered items with RS, needed them the next day, ordered with RS as they said next day, now their dodgy partner DHL has said they will not deliver today.
Hugely disruptive, unfortunately you can't trust many companies at the moment and now unfortunately RS joins these unrelible due to using DHL
Edit - DHL also delayed the next day - complete waste of time, Better to go with Farnell who use the much more reliable UPS

No complaints here. I purchased ROX3S metal oxide film resistors (5R6, 3W) for a Logitech Z906 repair, and they arrived promptly and exactly as described. If I ever need your services again, I’ll be back. Quality service — estimated delivery and everything spot on.
The delivery service provided has become very below par and quite unacceptable.

Delivery is exceptional and stock holding.
Costs are very high compared with other supply companies
Loyal to the RS brand is non existence as I have stuck with them for years but got no benefits for doing so.

Order was delivered, quick and on time but when i went to site was faulty when called up technical said would get call back never did called up next day to find out they sent a replacement with out letting me know. Then get final waring letters days later about not sending faulty part back

Nearly always have what I require in stock.
The web site was easy to navigate. Soon found what I was looking for, and at a great price. Delivery was amazingly swift. Very impressed.
Delivery time was poor. The parts I ordered at the same time with a 3 day potential delay from Digikey came from the USA in the same time. This was for a critical project so won't be using RS again when time constrained.

I ordered a BT Converse phone,2100.It was easy to order on-line and the staff were very helpful on the webchat.I had issues with my Master Socket,which have been sorted out.It is a lovely phone.It was a straightforward process to order it.I am very happy to keep it,and would order again from RS,no doubt!
