The quality of the pieces are perfect.
I joined Pandora as my wife LOVES the range and has many many items from your catalogues.
The one issue is that I couldn’t use my gold member 15% birthday discount as the expiry date is to short.
It had vanished when I went to buy her her birthday presents for later in June.

I struggled to place my order had to try several times , so missed out on the members prices . Delivery was very quick and great communication. Amazon who delivered changed the delivery times , and when delivered it was left on top of my post box not posted in it , plenty of room.

Easy to order and a huge collection to pick from. I paid extra for gift packaging and I was asked if I want a note included, I said yes and when order arrived there was no note included.

Products and online shopping experience great. But please don’t use Amazon shipping for express delivery options. Driver left my order on the doorstep without even knocking on the door. Parcels can be and have been stolen before. Given the price of some of Pandoras products this is pretty poor.
