Careful with the personalisation
Good but they don't make it clear the sizing that your receiving on the personalised products
I got a charm for my friends birthday and when it came the text was so small I could hardly read it. If I'd have known how small it was going to be I'd have picked something else for her. Wasn't cheap to do either....

My credit card was used fraudulently to purchase the item. Despite me flagging it up to you immediately via email and chat bot messages while the order was still being prepared you went ahead and completed the purchase and shipped it

Not what it used to be
I already have 2 Pandora bracelets and love them, one of them I wear all the time.
I wanted a new one as a memory of my dog, who sadly passed away recently, but when the bracelet arrived I was so disappointed. The quality was very inferior to my original bracelets and the charm was so tiny and lightweight.
Will not be buying any more Pandora.

I ordered this on the 6th of July and paid extra for next day delivery. It’s now the 13th of July and I’m still waiting for the gift.
This was a wedding anniversary present and I’ve tried to speak with their chat bot to rectify but no further forward. Really poor to be fair.
