It’s a great looking product, stylish looking and easy to use, love all the adaptors that come with it. Makes my hair feel silky and un damaged from use. Down side my hair can get caught in the adaptor connection bit causing the hair to get caught and pulling some hair out.
But I am very fine thin hair.

Can get some nice curls in with the adaptor for this, and nice height on with the round brush.
Love the set, may get a second one for travelling

It took a while to ship but it got here. It’s hard to use the curler. There is definitely a learning curve. The product feels cheap… Wish I would have waited and got the Tymo curler instead.

I ordered it and I was not pleased with it. Very cheap for the prices. I reviewed their return policy. I would past shipping to return it. They wanted to charge me 8% for restocking fee, + $10 for something else which was not on the policy. They offered me 25% refund and keep the styler. I told them I didn’t want it. They pretty much told me that was all they would offer. I went through Pay pal so it was reported to them, but I finally gave up and took the offer. Definitely not a company that does what they say.

I've never been able to get curls to hold more than 10 mins. Have tried 70-90% dry hair, adding mousse, adding hair spray, clipping curls. Anything I can think of and nothing has worked for me. My hair can definitely hold curls as a barrel curler or a straightener work fine and last longer. Highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone waste their money

Magic styler arrived well packaged. Instructions easy to navigate, product is good to use. Would recommend using hair spray though as styles don't last very long otherwise. Fun to use.

Grate product and much better that I expected for the price.

The styler is really good and exceeded my expectations. Far cheaper than the big brands. As a person who struggles with hair styling it has made my life easier. My hair is in better condition and the style lasts longer than previous before needing washing

This is a quality product. All the attachments work well. I have used the roller and it does not tangle.

I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter who is really pleased with it.

My replacement styler was delivered hassle free and the customer care support received was excellent… my original styler stopped working (within warranty) and after I sent a video showing the issue the team sent out my replacement straight to me with no back and forth.
