This is the second magic styler that I have bought. For a knock-off product it is fantastic! It completely revolutionised my hair routine. My thin, blonde hair went from chronically damaged using a curling iron to thick, full, long, and voluminous after a year of using this tool - and, my curls are twice as bouncy. Highly recommend for an affordable alternative to the air wrap!!

This company really helped me when I had ordered the magic styler for my mother as a gift. However, it went faulty and the company were more than applicable to help me and offer a new one in replacement. They were very kind and quick to respond and would recommend to everyone and great service!

Avoid at all costs!

The magic styler is awful, very low quality
Does not dry hair quickly, flimsy attachments and definitely nowhere near a dupe at all.

Frustrating return policy - they only offer returns on unopened unused products.
And they add an 8% handling fee which is against the law but they won’t budge on this.

Don’t waste your money on this terrible product.

Fast and efficient response from customer services, absolutely love the product so was devastated when it stopped working - issue resolved and replacement shipped within 48hrs.

Great customer service after my Airstyler had broken, full free replacement no fuss and done very quickly

I bought a MagicStyler in december 2024 , worked fabulous, but after 8months it suddenly stopped.
I contacted Customer service 1st October 2025 . They replied very quickly and requested pictures and a short video of the issue.
After sending this, they apologised for fault with the item and sent me a replacement.
Today I received a new MagicStyler.
I can not fault the service from start to finish.

Do not buy this product. It’s basically blows air but does not style your hair. It’s €63 for air at a low heat .
It’s impossible to curl your hair with this too. The attachments are plastic.

I am amazed by the power and efficiancy. The easiest and fastest stiling ever, love it. And the size allows me to carry it with me on trips. And shipping was fast also. Do recommend.
