We recently purchased two items from the Khaadi store at Westfield Stratford City and had a genuinely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. The store was well organised, and we were given thoughtful assistance without any pressure, which made our shopping experience enjoyable and relaxed.
I would especially like to praise Sabina and Shamima for their outstanding help, professionalism, and conduct. They were patient, attentive, and incredibly courteous, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and offering honest, helpful advice. Their warmth, knowledge, and genuine care truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Customer service of this quality is rare, and Sabina and Shamima are a real credit to Khaadi — they turned a simple purchase into a memorable and highly positive experience.
Rude staff
Rude staff! Return policy only 1 week! Went after 3 days they took away all sale items...trying to trick customers. VERY POOR SERVICE AND CROWDED WHEN SALE DAYS. SHOULD BE A LIMIT TO CUSTOMERS IN AT 1 TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I used to be an old customer of khaadi,but lately their artical and stuff is not as attractive as before.
I always wear medium size clothes
I always wear medium size clothes, but this time it was tight on the chest, although the rest of the fitting was fine. Because of that, I had to go for a large size. Kindly make all the chest measurements half an inch looser. It’s not just me—everyone is facing this issue.
Inflexible "customer service"
I tried to return 2 items from an order. When processing, only one item was listed on the return label. I was being charged to return the second item in the same package. Customer service insisted it was because I only ticked one item (maybe so, I don't deny possibility of an error) but they would not allow me to place the second item in the same package without charge. I was forced to pay a return fee when they could simply have put a note on the system. He even went to the trouble of checking the "back end" to inform me it was my error, when all I wanted was a way to place 2 items from the same order in the same package. Not rocket science!! It left a really bad taste.

Not even deserve one star in terms of customer service they send dirty clothes and when you return they said we can’t refund your money as this item is not in good condition you need to collect this item from our warehouse which is 3 hours away from my house.
And for my second order I have got postage proof and tracking detail is shows it been delivered but they said we haven’t received your return.
It’s shameful and frustrating how they can deny if I have online tracking detail. Please don’t shop from Khaadi save your money.
Not a new dress
Not a new dress. Old clothes with stains. Some parts are missing. Very disappointed
Dirty article given by sales person
I am a regular customer of Khaadi brand but unfortunately I got dirty articles from Khaadi different branches multiple times. I have purchased the articles from Emporium F-10 Islamabad, Centaurus Mall Islamabad, and Safa Gold Mall but most of the time clothes are used, dirty with sweating smell, food and oil spots on it. Khaadi is an expensive brand and people pay for the quality so if I got unappropriated article from stores several times how that can be reliable online. Recently, I bought a 3 piece suit from Khaadi Emporium F-10 Markaz, Islamabad which is very dirty with many spots on it and the tag was damages. When I brought it home and checked it was very dirty and not usable at all. I still have the bill of suit.
Khaadi loyal customer
I have been a Khaadi loyal customer. Unfortunately my experience recently has been disappointing as they sent my order to an incorrect address, but while I tried every opportunity to change the address with Khaadi and DPD, was unsuccessful with the order being sent back and not resent! I also made another order, which I returned and they are refusing to refund some of the order as they claim they haven’t received it, when in fact I have sent them the proof of delivery. They claim “we listen,” but in fact it’s quite the opposite.
Please be cautious with your online order and proof of return must be retained at all costs.

We bought three items from the store.
At the time of purchasing the items, we were provided with a paper receipt.
When the items were tried on at home they were a little too big.
We attempted to return the items at the same store.
We were asked to provide an email receipt, something which we hadn’t been issued with.
We presented the paper receipt along with a screenshot of the transaction from my banking app.
We were told the paper receipt was not acceptable and the manager said she didn’t want to look at my phone.
I also advised an email hadn’t been received from their store again, I offered to let them look at emails I had received on the date of purchase on my phone. The response from the manager was, that’s your phone I don’t need to look at it.
The manager then produced a very grainy picture of us at the store, she claimed it showed her member of staff sending me an email, that member of staff was present in the store today and she vigorously nodded her head claiming she had not only sent it but double checked my email with me.
On the day of the purchase the store was busy how she could remember is beyond me. The ‘proof’ they presented to confirm they had issued an email didn’t stand up to any scrutiny.
We proved that we had purchased the items, yet without the email receipt they won’t offer a refund, an email receipt we never actually received.
These are people with whom it is impossible to have a rational discussion, who concocted a story to claim they were in the right.
Will never shop at this store again.

Returns Nightmare
Under no circumstances would I suggest ordering from Khaadi online - unless you're 100% sure you won't be returning. I requested to return an item, sent it off using a tracking label provided and after 10 days, still hadn't received confirmation of the return despite tracking show the item had been delivered back to the warehouse. The customer service team have come up with every excuse to not refund me - to the point I've had to dig through the bins to find the postage receipt as evidence. Judging my other customer reviews this is common behaviour and on principle, I don't want to buy anything from the store anymore
Great experience
I placed an order with Khaadi and then saw a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot, which made me a bit nervous. However, my experience turned out to be excellent! My items arrived on time, and the live chat team was available to confirm my order details. Everything was delivered promptly, and all six items were beautiful and fit perfectly. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely order from Khaadi again!

The customer service of the Khaadi account is very bad. When trying to talk to them, there is no one here to contact them, there is no number to talk to, they do not respond to emails and the online robot chat is completely useless.i don't want to give even 1 star. I am completely shocked after reading all the reviews that no one has responded to any of the reviews. Almost everyone has given bad reviews. Where is Khaadi's Manageror owners? The kurtas this season were a bit disappointing. Many were either too short or too long. Last season's collection was much better, and I remember seeing lots of women excited to shop at Westfield Stratford.
While Khaadis fabric quality is undoubtedly great, some of the current styles and kurta lengths just aren't flattering. I also overheard quite a few women leaving the store at Westfield Stratford feeling let down. Please consider bringing back more balanced, wearable kurta lengths, thanks.
Untrustworthy Brand
I bought a few pieces from Khaadi. When the items came, 2 Kurtas did not have labels. I returned Two of the garments. One Item returned was an oddly shaped Kurta within 2 days of receiving the stuff.
They Only refunded for one stating that the other was missing the tag. I confirmed to them with a picture of the other Kurta that there were No Tags and the Kurta was never worn or even tried on. They are just using the Tag as an excuse for No Refund. No Update why the other Kurta doesn't have tags and what they have to say about it.
Will NOT be shopping with them ever again.
Excellent customer service
Absolutely wonderful customer service from Natalie at khaadi Westfield Stratford. Went out of her way to provide me with the item of clothing I requested by the removing it from the mannequin.
An absolute joke
An absolute joke! I visited the Birmingham branch.Standards have fallen to the depths of despair, customer service is non existant and the place looks like a jumble sale now! The fitting rooms are atrocious. The company itself is busy and ploughing in profits..maybe considering taking on more staff?! I took a photo of the changing room, its a shame I can't share on here! Very, very disappointing.
Daylight refund robbery
I purchased two items from this company and due to the fit when they arrived, I decided to return them both.
I was refunded for one however not the other, I had to reach out to the company to understand why and they stated that the product was in "bad return condition" (I had only tried both items on once and decided to refund).
They sent me a photos of the item which had a small crease at the collar and they stated that there was (makeup) staining. Although, I believe that was the actual pattern of the garment also the other item, which was refunded with no issues, lighter in colour and tried on at the same time had no "staining" - bizzare.
They also stated "However, you can arrange a collection from our warehouse and get the item back at your end within 20 days. Furthermore, please note that the collection can be arranged from Monday to Friday (8 am to 2 pm). The warehouse's address is mentioned below for your reference." Said warehouse is approximately 2 hours from where I live....
Very odd process, I truly believe they do this to avoid paying for refunds. I would avoid this company completely!
Refund of return
Ugh, the customer service was awful!
I accidentally bought a bunch of the same dress online and asked them to cancel, but they said I had to return it. Fine, whatever. It's been like, two weeks since I sent it back, and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've emailed them a bunch, and they just keep saying they've "forwarded" my case. Seriously, the worst experience.
