My pearl necklace broke, but it was swiftly replaced and the customer service was excellent. Will be buying from CRAFTD again!

Needed to file a warranty claim. The team responded promptly and lived up to their lifetime warranty. Very happy with CRAFTD London.

I ordered a ring from Craftd London for my son’s 16th birthday paid for by my elderly parents as a gift from them, when the package was delivered via the post office, the plastic bag and the pouch were empty. The package was undamaged. I contacted their customer services via the messaging service on the website and received no response, despite multiple attempts to contact them and receive some explanation and resolution before coming to Trustpilot to review their company. The service has been abysmal and I am left with no idea how to resolve this issue and no way of communicating with them other than via the messaging service as there is no number to call. I am very disappointed as I previously had no issue with another order but quite frankly feel like we have been robbed of £45! Would not recommend in case any other customers experience the same shoddy service!

CRAFTD has high quality affordable everyday wear products.
They also have great customer service/support if you happen to have any issues with their products.

This company's return policy is not in accordance with UK law and I would ask that they update it. Under statutory law, online purchases can be returned within 30 days, regardless of what it states in the contract. This company tries to get around this by tricking consumers through their contract which states returns must be made within 14 days. That is not in accordance with UK law. This is obviously a conscious decision of theirs to mislead consumers.
I have flagged this with them, and had to wait more than 6 weeks, chase multiple times, go through various email exchanges, do my legal research and threaten to report to the UK watchdog in order for them to finally refund me.
Actively and consciously misleading consumers is a dreadful way of conducting business. Imagine having to go to those lengths?

Nice products but shopping experience and refunds etc not really good enough. Seems to be outsourced to Shopify. E.g. I've requested a return, but haven't received an email QR code, and if I try and access it via the website it just says I've already requested a return. Email communication with the help desk very infrequent so it's eating into the quite short return window. Help please.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
Sent messages by email, Facebook and Instagram - all ignored.

E gift voucher purchased which was not sent to recipient in the first place, then resolved and then they ‘disabled’ the voucher so cannot be used.
So I have paid for an order which was not fulfilled.
No telephone number to contact either - which is ridiculous.

This Company appears to be a scam.
Unless they sort out the gift voucher, or refund me. I will be taking this a lot further and also to Trading Standards.

Great customer service. And amazing products. I’ve been buying from them for over 5 years and never had any problem with their jewelry. The one time I did (the chain became tangled) they honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a replacement right away! (Keep in mind this was over a year of me having the chain) GREAT BREAND!!

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. They are fraud. I purchased 3 bracelets from them and it took much longer than their quoted timeline. Beside that it missed my event but when I wanted to return them due to low quality and appearance , they said it’s passed the 14 day policy! Which it wasn’t really. I explained that it was received late and there is time but David from craftd ignored me and said refer to the return policy!! This is a true scam! Do not waste your hard earned money on this platform. Shameful!!!!

I absolutely recommend CRAFTD jewelry! Over the past few years, I’ve built up quite a collection, and their pieces never disappoint. Recently, one of my chains started to lose its color. It only took one quick email, and they offered an immediate replacement. Since I mix and match my chains with different pendants, I told them I honestly couldn't remember exactly which chain it was, but I guessed it was the one that originally came with the bear pendant. They didn't just send me a new chain...they sent the pendant with it as well!

What a terrible company to deal with - jewellery is great but customer service useless - my son was gifted a gift card, went to use it but said expired - contacted Craftd several times via email as there’s no contact number and was told card was cancelled - why ?? No one knew but then told it was reinstated and a new card was emailed / went to use that and came up expired again / contacted Craftd yet again and once more several emails later Chloe said the card had been cancelled ??? I explained the previous situation of Craftd mistakenly cancelling the card for no apparent reason and could she please reissue so that we can use it and NOTHING !!! Still emailing but no response -really really bad form/ very angry as this was a 21st birthday gift

I've ordered a gold cross pendent set due to be delivered tommorroe Wednesday 8th July2026 got a message at 10:49 am saying it will be processed shortly i ordered it on Monday 6th July 2026 6hours later nothing processed and then just blanked me after now there not back untill 810 Thursday morning total joke and I've had a silver half iced chain last year which I've had changed since the. 7 times as it fades and turns my neck green

Ordered a necklace set and it arrived quickly internationally. The quality seems good and I really like the design.

I had a small issue with my order and after contacting customer support, they fixed it within the day.

Overall, very pleased with trying CRAFTD London and will be ordering from them again!

I got pearl necklace with silver cross for £99-00...a beautiful piece. However, lifetime guarantee? I've owned it for less than one year and it is now rolling down the road in all its glory having broken. Simply just fallen apart as I walk...no pressure just fallen apart. I don't like negative comments but what was a beautiful necklace now no longer exists.

This company were terrible to deal with. Refusing to refund me for an item I returned. Only communication is through email which I found very difficult, just going around in circles.

I've ordered from CRAFTD London several times and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, one of my earrings broke, but their customer support was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks to their warranty, they're already sending me a replacement, which I really appreciate. Great customer service and a company that stands behind its products. Highly recommended!
