Items were the wrong size but the seller has offered to replace them. Appreciated!

Ordered on the 13/01 (more than 3 weeks ago). I have still not received anything. One item is allegedly still "in production" and the other two had their tracking status changed to "in transit" on the 31/01, 4 days after I emailed customer services on the 26/01. I kind of just want to get my money back at this point - I have waited long already and no reassurance/confirmation that my items will arrive soon.

Update: the first two items arrived and both trousers were smaller than their size. Despite me following the size guide. So, I wanted to return them. It took around 5-6 emails of 'but we can also exchange' before they finally gave me the return information. I then had to pay to send the package back which cost £23 because it needed to go all the way to China. I am then also told that they will take another £5 off what they are returning for the initial shopping cost, which was free.. So, all in all. I spent £70 on three pairs of trousers (3 for 2 deal), a month's waiting for them to arrive, find our they are not the size advised on the site, spend more than a week trying to get return information out of them and then have to pay almost £30 returning the items. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. DO NOT USE!!

Ordered on 27th January still not received my item. Numerous emails sent and just given a tracking link which doesn’t work.

This is a company you can trust - totally focussed on custometer satisfaction They have a great range of products. I will definitely return in the future.

After much too-ing and frow-ing with this company they have refunded me for an item that is too big. Initially I wanted to go for an exchange but this proved too complicated. However the pants were good quality although I wouldn’t purchase from them again. They obviously have no distribution arrangements in this country and orders take far too long to arrive and they didn’t give any return address for the pants. If you don’t mind waiting and you’ve ordered the right size then I’m sure that will be fine.

I only gave four stars because of the initial difficulty in returning items that didn't quite fit.
However, all was well in the end as I was able to exchange the goods for a beautiful bracelet. The team at Buddhastones were very kind and helpful.

Lovely products and good customer service

Took a while to receive over the Christmas period as we were also under the impression that it was a UK based company. But once received, the jade rings were beautiful and each comes in it's own gift/presentation box. One of the rings was a bit too big so we are currently in the process of getting this replaced.

Seamless process, good customer service. Offered a replacement for a bracelet that was on the large side.

Overall excellent customer service.

Lovely pants but unfortunately were to big, contacted support who are sending replacement. Can’t fault them

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a Lapis Lazuli mala necklace
Which has duly arrived .
The beads are “NOT” genuine Lapis Lazuli beads as stated - they are fakes and are called “SODALITE”
I have sent an email to hopefully get a full refund and return policy… If not I’ll take this matter further.

Absolutely do not purchase from this company.

What they claim and what they do are complete opposites - I ordered under the pretence that the materials were all natural, cotton, linens etc

However when the items arrive, they were very obviously polyester or some other synthetic material.

I tried to return the items, but I would have had to pay over £14 (plus taxes etc) to return and wouldn’t get it back!

Do not buy from here- the items they are selling for high mark up prices, are no better than what you can pick up from primark.

Placed an order with this company about 4 weeks ago. Was sent a tracking number that pointed back to the company website, which went from being shipped to, ‘delivered to safe place - garden’. I’ve got cameras that provide a full view of my garden space and there’s no evidence of a delivery being made. Have checked in with neighbours and have confirmation that it wasn’t delivered to them either.
I’ve written to Buddhastones, on their email address, instagram profile and tried their number which is listed as a WhatsApp contact (but isn’t). Zero comms or acknowledgment from the vendors. Last mile of the delivery is listed a Yodel and with two tracking numbers listed, this company, which is no surprise is as useless as it gets.
Company is a complete scam and fraudulent. Please be avoid. Wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews on here are fake too!

When asked for a refund they said they would offer me 5% or I can send it back to China at my expense

This is an update to my review:
After about 8 emails the customer service eventually agreed to give me a full refund (less delivery charge), which I have now received
I will not be buying anything from their website as I have no confidence in receiving a product that resembles the picture.

I would now rate the customer service 3
The product itself would be a 0
