Got through my LGV test this week. Thank you every one at uk hgv for helping throught the training process. I failed my theory first time but got a free retest from Adam. Also special thanks to Abdul my instructor, very profesional. Special Tips before the test did come handy too. Love it!!

Simple process with help and attention from the staff from start to finish

Passed my class1 test with 2 minors last week, thanks Robin for being such a helpful trainer. Friendly and patient man. Thanks to Jack and team from UK hgv for getting all test booked on time. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed the course they provided for me and everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful when I had any questions. The only downside for me is that sometimes the service was a little bit slow in providing new dates for tests I needed however this may have also been out of their hands as I know the practical course was provided by a different training company. Thanks for getting me through my HGV license.

Everything is all in one place, theres always someone to call and talk to if needed and everyone is very helpful.

I paid £2,500 to this company to take my category C licence (class 2) and the assistance I have had has been good and nothing short of helpful.

There are a few things that I would like to mention that would’ve helped me through the process being new to this all of course. The first thing is contact, It would of been nice to of had more contact from the team in terms of how I was doing and if there was anything I was unsure on or any questions I had, I would’ve called more to ask questions but I did not want to pester people as I could tell they was busy, I was not sure what to expect or what I was turning up for with the cpc part of things as that side was a tad confusing. Speaking of the cpc there was a lack of content within the training material which did not show you how to operate and secure cages with straps chains and tensioners and this was something I had to outsource myself online.

The last thing I would like to mention is a reward for passing first time without any fails. I have passed everything without any issues and I think this should be rewarded with a certain amount of your money back as I have been made aware other companies do this. I have verbalised this to the company and there has been talks of money back which I am happy to hear of and thankful.

I would certainly recommend this company if you want to take the step, they have been pleasant to speak to and kind on the phone they have always been keen to help and I appreciate that.

Very disappointing experience
My experience with this company has been extremely negative. I was repeatedly given inconsistent information, and different employees said different things, which made it difficult to plan my finances and schedule. I was assured that I could pay over the course of a year with no rush, but later, Charlie Williams told me that this was not actually how the company operates.
After paying the full amount of £3,400, I was denied the opportunity to retake the test unless I paid even more, despite never receiving a personal package with the necessary details. I felt unfairly treated and discriminated against throughout the process, and I do not recommend this company to others.

As someone new to this industry, Natasha and the team helped me understand what was required to be class 1 compliant. Always there to help if required.

Had a great experience booking my training through these guys, everything booked and worked around my schedule. Had no issues with customer service and any questions I had were answered. Would definitely recommend to anyone serious about their hgv training.

Lovely company to deal with perfect level of support and helpful every step of the way

I was in need of a job asap and an eye was kept out for me and was given an earlier test date. Everything about the course was explained clearly and I was able to each out and speak to staff every time if I never understood something. Test were never bunched up together so it wasn’t to much to do at once and I passed all test first time.

Ben and Natasha were a pleasure to deal with and made my experience a great one. I was provided with accurate and relevant revision material which led to me passing all of the theory tests first time.

UK HGV helped me gain my class 1 licence first time hassle free, everything was booked for me, all online learning was provided, instructors at Craig Baker were friendly and helpful, highly reccomend

Great team there, always responded to calls and emails within a day. Booked everything for me so there was no hassle, I'd recommend anyone go with them if there thinking of doing their hgv licence.
