I have been with Ty J Young for 15 years and I don’t have to watch the Dow Jones anymore as I have been making between 6-11% per year. I don’t worry about the market going up and down.
Great staff he has put together, always very helpful.

I have a been a subject of deceptive practice by Parker Philtop when he stated over a phone presentation a better "cap percentage" on a new policy. Once this policy was written and few months later he followed up with a phone call, he introduce a lower cap percentage and attempted to dismiss the deceptive attempt with a misunderstanding. Parker Philtop is not a trust worthy financial advisor.

This month was the anniversary of the annuity my husband purchased through Ty J Young 12 years ago. This year the surrender fee was at 0% and he could liquidate the annuity with no fees. His advisor decided to offer a replacement product that would lock him into another product with surrender charges for next 5 years and appeared quite excited because it had a return rate near 10% and wanted to get him to sign up for it right there an then without providing further info that would reflect negatively on the annuity. When a request was made to provide further information about the new annuity as well as other options such as different SPIAs showing the benefits of each over the other the response was to provide a brochure on the new annuity and an "illustration" of only one type of SPIA, Single Life Only. My husband and I were forced to do our own research to obtain a full picture of all options. His advisor was not advising him but was set on signing him up for a product without regard to what we felt our future needs required. In other words he was an aggressive salesman not an advisor.

I have been with TJYoung for a number of years and VERY satisfied with their guidance and staff. Questions always answered and NEVER rushed. Everything is throughly reviewed and explained.

I have nothing bad to say about being a client with Ty young wealth management.I began investing with them about 6 years ago.I can honestly say that I have made money on my investments.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.If you want a safe investment with good returns they are the way to go.

We are new to the company, just over a year. We did not loose any monies... But we did not gain as expected. This coming year would give me a better picture.
