After trying several other rental companies on the Outer Banks, we have been with Twiddy for many years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, and helpful in person and on the phone. We recommend them to anyone searching for a rental property on the Outer Banks.

We had alot of appliances not working! Ice maker , refrigerator, and air conditioning!

We felt it took too much time for tech folks to respond to TV issues.
The grill needs to be replaced. Needs to be done once a year.

We have rented beach houses from Twiddy & Company now for many years and are always pleased with our homes. They are easy to work with and all of their agents are friendly and knowledgeable .You walk in the door and everyone has a smile on their face with a cheerful greeting. If you have a problem with your rental they are there in a very short period of to take care of whatever it is. They only rent top of the line homes and they have great housekeeping. Happy with their service. We left a medical item at the house and fortunately when they called to let us know, we were still nearby to go back and get it. When we got home, I realized that we left a couple of jackets behind. They were kind enough to mail them to us. They are always very friendly and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent at the Outer Banks.

Nice homes, first rate service.

Our family has used Twiddy to plan our OBX vacations for over 10 years. They have always been professional, friendly and informative. They also seem to have the best selection of Pet Friendly vacation homes! We’ve never had a maintenance issue that was not handled quickly and efficiently. For several years, my husband had Altzheimers. The Twiddy team made certain that we had a peaceful, non-disturbed vacation that was able to keep my husband calm so that I could have a respite. Twiddy will still be the one that we go to when we need our OBX fix!

We have rented through Twiddy for many years and have never had a problem. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We wouldn't rent through any other agency in the OBX.

The best experience I had was when a reservation agent at Twiddy helped me get the exact house I wanted after the previous renters did not renew for the next year. We have rented at OBX for 6 summers. Twiddy used to supply better hand soap for the bathrooms in squirt containers. I would like them to return to that. When we had a maintenance issue, they were very attentive.

My family has used Twiddy for our OBX vacation twice and just booked our third time for Summer 2020. They are always helpful, always there to help with anything and super friendly. OBX is our favorite vacation Summer getaway and Twiddy has made the rental process simple and honest.
