I have been using Therablue for pain in my hip joint and it has worked remarkably well. I'm pretty happy for the most part with the company. I ordered the methylene blue. Somehow the shipping company brought it to the wrong town it took a little bit for them to straighten it out the wellness company sent me another bottle of methylene blue then the other company straightened everything out so I ended up with two bottles. Only got charged for one. They rectified everything extremely fast. I do like this company.BUT, I am absolutely not a fan of their AI email responses. You can't really get a hold of anybody to talk to and if you do they don't have answers. Cuz I got two different types of pills of methylene blue. Each pill looks different I wonder why? nobody can give me an answer. everyone asks for lot numbers. I threw the boxes out I don't have boxes for lot numbers. I'm not a hoarder. I can't get an answer. But I gave a five-star because I am happy with the company.

Customer Service Award (or should be)
So far, each of the products we have used have been very good. We feel better now than we did a few months ago, and I believe The Wellness Company products are the reason. I have been in contact with a nurse several times and the care that I receive there cannot be matched! She truly cares and is a true partner in my care. Trustworthy Company, Quality priducts
I have tried several(6?) of their products, and have had a wonderful experience with this company. As every body is unique, we won’t all have the same results with each product, so, I will say that I have not found success with every product. I am currently using the Histacalm, Tirzapetide, and Mind Calm. So far, the Mind Calm has proven outstanding for my husband and I. He feels the difference- and I can see it in him!
As far as the company ,its responsiveness, and customer care—OUTSTANDING! I will continue to try out the products, as I feel they are of top quality.

I took a methylene blue tab about a…
I took a methylene blue tab about a half hour ago and almost choked to death. In my 83 years I have never had an experience anything like it. The pill got stuck in my throat clogging my windpipe. I couldn't swallow and I couldn't expel it. I literally thought it was the end. A half hour later my throat is still burning and I am bringing up blue liquid. I caution people to be careful when taking these tablets and consume with a large quantity of water. I do not ordinarily have a problem swallowing pills, and I have taken a few of these with no problem, but they are not smooth and so can get caught in your throat. I find this company very unpleasant to deal with. I had an issue with them in the recent past even though I had bought many items from them including one of their kits. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Do not waste your money on Tirepatide Pill through The Wellness Company! It doesn't work.
I purchased Tirzepatide Pill from The Wellness Company. I reached out to Teledoc expressing my concern that the pill did not work on day eight. I explained I did not have any side effects; however, I had lost zero weight. The response from the provider was this: Very common complaint, ma'am. You can complete this dose and then elevate to the 10 mg tab and try that.
My response was this: Good morning, Dr. Smith. When you say this is a very common complaint, are you hearing others state this doesn't work at this low of a dose or with the entire medication, even if I increase to a 10 mg tab?
Dr. Smith's reply: I hear it both ways, ma'am. It's just not that strong a formula. For those for whom neither works, I recommend they abandon the TWC oral and go back to injectable with their PCN.
I reached out to customer service (very difficult to find a live person). The Wellness Company uses AI, which is beyond frustrating! An individual by the name of Monica (I assume it is a human, not AI) finally replied, offering a discount on my next order.

I am unsure if you read my email correspondence because I clearly stated that the pill does not work, and to be out $300 for what behaves like a placebo is beyond frustrating. The Wellness Companies' own Telemed doctor stated that neither the 6 mg nor the 10 mg works, as it is too low a dose, and he has received complaints from others stating the same. It is all in writing below for your reference. Your email below states that you are adjusting the product. What does that mean? Wait until the next order, and it will be 10 mg? I do not want to waste additional money for something that is not working. I am sure you can understand my frustration and concerns.
Do not waste $300 (the first month they take $50 off). I truly believe I paid for a sugar pill. Today is day twenty-one, and still no weight loss.
The Wellness Company stated on 7/21/2026 the following as a response to my review: We have requested your information so we can conduct further investigation and escalate your case to the appropriate team for review.
The Wellness Company has not contacted me to resolve this, regardless of what they wrote below. Don't waste your money. I am beyond disappointed in this company, as I truly believed Dr. Peter McCullough, MD, MPH, truly cared and provided the best medication; however, this is not the case. I was sent a placebo pill for $300.
