you need to improve the deposit methods no visa card/credit cards avilable

I found Tradeview working great with very tight spread. important for my kind of trading. Sometimes the AutoTrading is disactivated without my intervention.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS ... Sweat & brief - been trading for many years with various different brokers including on actual real exchanges / bank floors before I went independent during the last major crisis of 2008 ... . I like it quiet and talk to pretty much knowone... along the path Trade View out of the blue came to light. Spreads are splendid, white glove platform Available, various leverage levels, various deposits : withdrawals... super team ... sports oriented , solid crew. What else is required? 5 star FULL! thanks team , keep it up! I’ve been around the block more than once ... that’s for sure! Love the professionalism.,. Nice to have them as another broker in my small pool of capital allocation running business activities. Cheers

What am I supposed to do, I'd like to give you a five star review cos you have a great program, but I need to give you a one star review for the complete impossibility to be able to contact you... This is completely unfair, could it really be that bad for you guys to even let the people that have trusted you with their bank account information through the Trial, to even let the customers that are wanting to get a true feel of your product not even be allowed to have access to be able to contact you? Its quite messed up actually, I've been looking all morning for a way but the only way is impossible, yes you will tell me that all of the paid customers have access to be able to contact you via support tokens. Yes I get it, but why not allow those that are on your trial the right to ask the much needed questions they might have before they are confident enough with your service to fully purchase your product? For a company connected to the heart of business, you sure do know how to miss out on a lot of customers..

I highly rate this broker and would recomend any trader to use them, the 5 star rating is for outstanding customer service and that they provide the cTrader trading platform.

I discovered tradeviewforex in 2014, at that time I was looking for a broker capable of having really low spreads and low commissions. But above all, I wanted a broker with a business model based on trust, since the broker is paid on commissions and is never the counterpart of his clients.

From the beginning I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service which is really top notch in every way.

In summary, I warmly and sincerely recommend tradeview as I have only been using this broker for 6 years and I have never been disappointed.

I heard such good thing... but when I opened an account there was all of a sudden ZERO customer support. eTransfer to the account doesn’t work with money hanging in limbo. No one will answer me with any details what do ever. It’s a nightmare!
