Good broker great customer service

I have been using Trade View Market for years and never had any problem. I recommend this broker to anyone serious about trading. Don't worry about the fake reviews they received by a group of scammers.
They are legit

These guys are suspiciously scammy. Don't deposit your money here. The reviews alone should make you run. Thankfully I was able to see how awful their customer service was via a demo account and didn't get scammed into depositing real money. A vey simple inquiry had them wasting my time for an hour pretending to do something while doing nothing to solve my simple concern. Don't waste your time on these guys.

Have been with them circa 6 months. I was extremely disappointed at my poor experience with their support.

I sent money to my account and it wasn't credited. I tried to access their support chat multiple times over several days. It didn't work. Nothing happens when you click the link. Every single time.

Sent email to support. No response. Sent further emails. No response.

After a week, I tried a different browser and the support chat worked but the two chat persons were most disappointing. They were polite but kept evading my questions whether on time to solving my problem, time to getting a response, everything. They promised to escalate (whatever that means) and wanted me to just go away and wait. But they wouldn't give me any indication as to how long it would take. They come across as very good at evading questions. Copy of the chat available if Tradeview Markets authorise me to release it (with my personal details redacted).

Chat support seem to exist simply to take messages and pass them on. That seems completely pointless as messages can be left by email, so why do we need chat support?!

When I put pressure on them in chat to put me through to a supervisor or manager so I could complain about the email issue, they kept evading my question. I asked no less than 8 times and they never said yes or no, they simply changed the topic. Most frustrating!

I finally got to exchange emails with their chief compliance officer and, admittedly, communication got better and the problem of the missing money got fixed. Their explanation for not replying to my numerous emails is that my emails went into spam. In needs to be noted here that I was using the same email address with which I registered and which email address I've used with them before without problems. I don't buy the story about my emails - all of them - going into spam.

Also, they claim that the money wasn't credited to my account because they didn't have the necessary details. Strange. The wire transfer was sent with my Tradeview account number as the reference. They could have easily married that up. When I pointed that out, they forwarded a further excuse - that the wire transfer came with my account number but not my name. (Duh, can't you trace my name from my account number?)

It's taken me several HOURS just to enquire about what's happened to the money wired to them. And as the money took so long to get to my account, I lost numerous trading opportunities.

I've edited this feedback since it was originally posted as I wanted to explain that the matter has now finally been resolved but it left a bad taste in my mouth. If you aren't as persistent, and politely persistent for a long period of time, like I was, your experience might be different.

I'm upgrading the review to 2 stars as the compliance officer did engage in the right spirit and the problem did get fixed and I've been given some assurances on changes they are going to implement (like, hopefully, legit emails not going into spam). When you read this, if the chat support works in Firefox you'll know that they have fixed at least one problem subsequent to my complaint.

I have been trading with Tradeview for many years.
I think their support is quick and excellent.
I also consider them one of the best and most reliable FX brokers, with no issues with withdrawals. Their deposit service is also excellent, so you won't miss out on profit opportunities.
In June of this year, I completed withdrawals of over $50,000 in total.
The other day, I was able to withdraw a small amount quickly.
I am always grateful to the support staff for their quick and friendly service.
I see many posts about problems such as being unable to withdraw funds, but I have been using Tradeview for over seven years and have never had a single issue.
My trading is discretionary, and I never engage in arbitrage trading such as arbitrage large trading. I also do not engage in HFT using programs.
For me, Tradeview is one of the best FX brokers.

I've worked with Tradeview for over 7 years. I trust them, because i know them! They're old school Mavericks. None of the new age fluff and gamification you get with a lot of these new firms. The deals are simple, fair, and they stick to their word. Any platform, any product. That's more than enough for me

No issues with withdrawals and the support team was helpful at first. However, after some time, I started experiencing significant slippage on my trades. When I contacted support, they advised me to email the trade disputes department, but I never received any follow-up. Due to the persistent slippage, I decided to stop working with this company.

UPDATE:

I sent them an e-mail, but they have not responded after 10 days, even though they had promised to reply within 2 business days. Their credibility is going down with every move.

This is an awersome broker, all services ok, withdraws ok, trading ok.

I have been trading with Tradeview for some time and the experience has been solid. Withdrawals have always been processed smoothly, execution is fast, and spreads remain competitive even during volatile times. What I appreciate most is their transparency and support — every time I reached out, I got clear answers. In an industry full of questionable brokers, Tradeview has proven to be reliable for me, and I feel comfortable keeping my funds here.

Recently I have seen a lot of negative posts, but like with any broker, there will always be traders trying to game the system. I focus on real strategies and I have never had issues — my results and withdrawals have been exactly as expected.

You guys know who I am, telling me to write your customer care now is another way to scam everyone and keep me silent, just give me back my $20000 I deposited to you platform i can forfeit the $10000 profit i made that you still took.Please my money means nothing to you guys you have alot i have non right thanks to you.

Hello Everyone I have been trading with Tradeview Markets for awhile now everything was going smooth until some couple of weeks ago I woke up and found out my account was empty Both my trading and profit all gone, I reached out to them they gave me awhole bunch of stories when I asked for my money back they Asked me to sign a document to keep my mouth shut..Tradeview market is a scam I have proof.( they did nt refund anyone they left some monies in some few accounts to force us to sign some shitty documents)

VESBOLT teams have been trading with Tradeview for almost 3 years now. It is one of the best execution brokers and highly reliable.

Trade view is a scam, they unlawfully deducted over $8000 of my funds.trade view can't be trusted.they are a big time scammers

On the 28 July, 2025, i withdrew money from my tradeview account to my Binance account. The following day the money was reversed to my tradeview account and about one thousand dollars was deducted

On the 29th of July, I came online at around 7am on my broker and saw that tradeview has deducted majority of my capital account from $7220 dollars to $1481 which led to total reduction...This is a criminal act from tradeview and I urge them to return back my money peacefully. You cannot just come overnight and clear off people's funds, that is pure stealing. No matter the shortage, tradeview has no legal rights to steal people's capital because it was never stated under their terms and conditions.

I had a balance of $3,123.47 in my Tradeview account on the 29th of July and didn’t place any trades.
Before I knew it, deductions began from my balance, eventually leaving me with a negative balance of -$30.39.

I have been a loyal client of Tradeview Markets for over a decade. But last week, that trust was shattered.
Without warning, Tradeview began deducting funds from my accounts—while my trading positions were still active. Over $2.5 million was taken. Initially, they falsely claimed that their regulator had mandated the deductions due to a negative balance, suggesting they risked losing their license. This explanation was not only misleading—it was impossible. Regulators exist to protect client funds, not authorize their seizure.
Later, they changed their story, saying it was pressure from their investors that forced the deductions. The inconsistency alone is alarming.
To make matters worse, they refused to process a withdrawal of the small remaining balance in one of my accounts unless I signed a coercive and illegal agreement. This document demanded that I never speak publicly about the deductions, never leave a review, and never pursue legal action. I was forced to sign under duress just to recover the little that was left.
This ordeal has caused me severe health issues and pushed me into financial ruin. Tradeview Markets has refused to return the remaining stolen funds, and I am now prepared to take legal action.
If this is how they treat a client who has stood by them for ten years, then no one is safe. Tradeview Markets has proven itself untrustworthy, deceptive, and predatory. If you have funds with them, withdraw immediately—before it’s too late.

Amazing expirience with support So far amazing expirience with support. Shutout to Gafur. Guys, you better give him a promotion or something. If there isn’t a way he helps you to create one. Deposits are also all good so far. (I did not test the platform enough to write a review for that.)

It has been great working with Tradeview Market.The account manager has been very supportive and through his educative approach about how to understand the trading strategies, market analysis such as fundamental and technical analysis I was able to have an insight of how trading works.He also talks about risk management ,continuous learning and good decision making during volatile market conditions.
I am happy to carry on working with the company and the manager to develop my trading skills and performance .
