We recently bought the Campbell ottoman TV bed from TVBedStore, and the product itself is fantastic. But what really sets this company apart is how they handle things when circumstances don’t go perfectly.

Our delivery ran into issues that were completely outside the store’s control — yet TVBedStore were incredibly customer‑focused throughout. They stayed supportive, proactive, and highly professional in resolving everything quickly and smoothly. Their communication and commitment to making things right were outstanding.

It’s easy to praise a company when everything goes well, but the real test is how they act when challenges arise. TVBedStore proved themselves exceptional, and I would recommend them very highly.

Stuart was amazing. Literally couldn’t have asked for better service and quality. Came to our house and delivered the bed and set it all up. 100% would recommend and would definitely buy our next bed from him. Great guy!!!

Delivered as expected, to the bedroom, great job.
Assembled with little trouble, just 1 instruction slightly unclear but I figured it out (the spacer for the gas pistons).
Finished product is excellent, solid, all went together well, works a dream, would definitely recommend, and a much better price for the same kit as the bigger retailers!

The original bed that we ordered was unfortunately out of stock which wasn’t realised until it came to our delivery day. This was put right immediately by upgrading our order and a new delivery date was arranged which went seamlessly.
Upon making our new bed it came to our attention that there were some parts missing but again this was rectified immediately and effortlessly over the telephone and the missing parts arrived in the post two days later.
I have to say that our new bed is wonderful but more importantly than that, the customer service we have received has been incredible. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with,I bought a bed from them 5 years ago and unfortunately the dog chewed my remote which damaged the lift mechanism, I contacted them by email and got instant reply. Stuart went out of his way to find a replacement. Had several phone calls which was always answered. Great company with old fashioned values . Well done

TV remote arrived very quickly. The seller gave great help over the phone with easy setup instructions. It works well and is a very good product.

Following two damaged beds from Bensons for Beds we decided to take a risk and buy a bed online without seeing it.
Fabric quality and build quality fantastic. Easy to put together and for anything unclear Stuart is more than happy to talk you through it on the phone - including user error on the TV we bought!
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a TV bed.

We ordered the Madrid Ottoman tv Bed. 2 guys delivered to our bedroom. Easy to put together, we did have parts missing, but they delivered them to us in first class post. Customer Service was amazing,especially Stuart, who talked us through the remote control, even-though it was 7pm at night

We haven’t received delivery of the bed yet as i we didn’t organise delivery until the 19th of June. Put so far they’re ordering and responsiveness of the company to organise our delivery spot on went through on the website easily had to call the next day to organise delivery. Cannot fault the service so far.

It's a bit scary ordering something like a TV bed online without actually seeing it but so glad we took the chance. The bed is well made, good quality and just fab, we're so pleased with it. The TV beds in the shops are so expensive but this was very reasonable. Stuart was helpful too and took the time to answer a lot of our questions we had. Ordered on the Monday and delivery was Thursday so no waiting around forever. We would definitely recommend this company.

Please don’t buy a TV bed anywhere else! The best customer service there is, nothing was too much trouble, Ordered a bed on Saturday and had it by Tuesday after being let down twice on a 6 month order by a well known retailer. The whole team are legends but special mention to Stuart who answered his phone on a Saturday and every day, even at 7:30pm! We bought the new Campbell True Sound 5.1 TV Bed Ottoman Built in Soundbar and it is STUNNING and extremely well made. We opted for the LG Ultra HD TV which was delivered the same day. Excellent picture quality and great sound - you can change which speakers the sound comes from (handy if one of you wants to sleep). Highly recommend this company for quality and how they genuinely care about their customers.

Excellent service from TV Bed Store. I spoke to Stuart about delivery times as I needed the pillow ASAP, and it was dispatched within an hour of ordering and arrived the next afternoon. Very impressed - thank you, Stuart!

We ordered a 3/4 double tv bed for my teen daughter
The bed is absolutely fantastic quality and super straight forward to build too.
The delivery was a 2 man delivery they were friendly and professional.
The bed was packaged really well and came when we had been advised it would.
