Wow what a service, absolutely brilliant
I deal with a lot of business and have had some experience with Bodyshops too,and I know that ive taken my vehicle in for a minor repair and its been in there weeks which is very frustrating.
But totally the opposite with these guys turned my van around in a week and even kept me updated!!!! Repair was also top class colour match ect .

Please keep away from this company, shocking workmanship.......Unfortunately you cannot give a zero star !!! The insurance company that I am with had the repairs done at the Selby depot and when the van was returned to me after five weeks, Soon as I saw it being taken off the transporter I said to the delivery driver that the repairs are the wrong colour !!! on my way home I noticed that the rear view mirror camera was not working correctly, on further inspection I noticed that the rear view camera was fitted upside down, so all I was seeing was the sky !!! Whilst on my journey home there was two individual noises in the back of the van. On opening the rear doors I found that the protective MDF panels that had being fitted had fallen off the back off the doors, fixing grummets missing !!! On further inspection of the van the colour did not match the rest of the van and seemed duller, flat and not the correct colour. The hinges for the doors are badly scuffed to the bolts, hinge outside of van chipped. Bumper body kit fitted very poorly, a real trades person would not have left it like this !!! looking from above you can see straight through to the floor on certain areas of the bod kit !!! No black seal as the rest of the van has been used, parts of the body kit coming away from the main body skirting already after a day, the body kit is warped where the towing eye is, maybe fitted to tight !!! Do not think they are capable of fitting it correctly as the original one was !!!Reversing camera not fitted properly and looks as though it could fall off at any given time!!! Cables hanging loose under the chassis and if caught by anything it would be ripped straight off !!! Brakes have not being sorted, squeaking very often when in slow moving traffic. Marks on existing painting work where it has being masked off whilst doing the work, looks like that might need re-spraying !!! Van wentr back yesterday to be looked at and the van has to go back and repair the repairs that has being done previously!!! for another 4-5 days !!!....This means that I now will have a hired vehicle that does not allow me to get my disability scooter into it, another weekend missed with not having the correct means of getting out and about !!! Having Muscular Dystrophy my van has being adapted in many ways so that I can live a life as normal as possible, I should not have to miss another week of going anywhere due to the incompetence of the workmanship of this company!!! Being a carpenter/craftsman I cannot get it into my head that my vehicle would be released back to me in a state that was returned worse than when it went in for repairs due to being hit from behind!!! The workmanship is shocking, no phone call from the management to express their concerns about getting it repaired !!! Just do not think this company is capable of doing the work correctly !! The only people who seems concerned are Kyle (front desk) and the delivery drivers .......Very, very poor company.

It was easy for me with Turner's being local. They were very kind and helpful. Collecting the car and delivering it back.

Really bad quality garage. Not recommended! The bumper was glued. It was not replaced. The reinforcing beam was repaired with a hammer. Unfortunately, without a positive effect. This is unacceptable! The rear reinforcing beam is safety during an accident. Lots of putty on the rear boot. Parking sensor glued. Quality of paint is really poor.
