The software is super user friendly
The software is super user friendly, but I would say the human support is the best. You guys accidentally transferred money to the wrong account and I was able to speak w someone and you got it fixed. Two weeks later I accidentally deposited money to the wrong bank account (I have two LLC’) and once again you guys corrected that for me.
As a stark comparison I listed my condo on Zillow and was unable to view the applications that came in. The worst part is you can’t talk to anyone at Zillow, and they never did respond to 3 separate email requests to their help desk.
Service is very important and you guys have done well

Easy to use
My experience with TurboTenant was surprisingly easy and great! My life was made very manageable with creating and tracking leases, payments and reminders.
I wish I found out about this years ago. I love the app because it’s easy to use.

Turbo Tenant user for two properties
Turbo Tenant user for two properties. Tenants left early and are getting notices of late payment. Tried to call cust svs and after too long, hung up on me. Not impressed at all.

I didn’t have to much issue except…
I didn’t have to much issue except copying the multiple dogs in from application to the lease agreement for pets. Also, had to have CoPilot determine how heavy the new tenant trucks and change weight of parked vehicles which shows one ton limit and change it to 3ton.
