The fact that Turboscribe was able to transcribe my audio fast enough and provide downloadable files made me like it.
I am a research field manager and wanted a place where my files could me transcribed fast and Turboscribe did it.

I paid for TurboScribe Unlimited on June 20, 2026. The plan was advertised to me as “Unlimited Transcriptions” for one person, with 10-hour uploads and all features included.

However, after I made a bulk upload, the service started showing errors/limits and suggested upgrading to a more expensive plan. These limits were not clearly disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and I did not receive the service as I reasonably expected from an “Unlimited” plan.

I contacted TurboScribe support on June 22 and asked them either to explain the actual limits and help me use the paid plan, or cancel the subscription and refund the payment. As of now, the issue has not been resolved.

In my opinion, the “Unlimited” wording is misleading if practical limits are applied after payment. Users should be very careful and check the real upload/transcription limits before buying.

I am willing to update this review if TurboScribe resolves the issue and provides a fair refund or a clear explanation.

I have found TurboScribe really helpful for transcribing my dissertation interviews - the speaker labels and high-quality transcriptions mean that I have a lot more time to work on more meaningful parts of my thesis (or procrastinate).

Well, on the first try the program didn't react. Next day, and since then it worked great. Astonishing how fast and well ordered the transcripts are presented. Very helpful tool. Three transcripts a day... not enough...I upgraded. Thanks!

The app is amazing, it makes transcription work
easier and has a 99% accuracy rate

All went well for one year. Then after one year, I got charged again, without even a mail notification that would warn me I will be charged for another 120 USD. At time of subscription, it was not clear the charge was recurring. Yesterday, I contacted the customer support using the email address they list on their site : no answer yet. For now I have contacted my bank to block this almost fraudulent transaction.

I had a class assignment that required to transcribe a video. Turboscribe was easy to use and did not require any special knowledge to know how to use it.

As a magician, I put in an instructional video. The transcript was easily given to my Copilot on my desktop. Now I have the video in easy to review steps without having to play the video all over again. This is fantastic. Thank you TurboScript!

I'm a university professor, and all of our course materials need to meet accessibility standards, including edited transcripts of all video and audio materials. We use Turboscribe for this work. It's very fast, very easy to use, and accurate. Thanks for this great platform!

TurboScribe is a fantastic program and has great support via email. I have over 700 folklife interviews to transcribe and it would take me 20 lifetimes to transcribe them manually. The transcriptions are extremely accurate and just need a few adjustments. The cost for a yearly subscription is very reasonable and worth every penny.

Turboscribe AI is very helpful for students, teachers, or anything related to schoolworks. But of course this isn’t only exclusive for education but can be used for work or others. The free plan already satisfies me (3 free transcriptions per day) and I’ve been able to finish my work very quickly than before I found this tool. The owner sent me a personal chat via Gmail, and after giving my review or response about Turboscribe, he reassured me that he’ll make sure to make Turboscribe AI is accessible even as it grows. Service 10/10, didn’t even take a week for him to respond, so if someone has some concerns or questions, you can ask him directly. Although, since I am still a student, I don’t have the money to buy unlimited transcriptions yet, but once I do, i’ll for sure buy that to not only get faster and easier transcriptions but to also support the owner or the team working on this.

Transcribed 1 hour long video in very few minutes and the result was amazing 🤩🤩, the accuracy was top-notch!
