I ordered 2 of the same exact wigs, one for my daughter and for me. Only one arrived and I didn’t know at first then when my daughter installed her wig ( AND I LOVED IT BY THE WAY ) I said where is mine, she said only one came. I’m like heck no. I emailed them they responded within hours and made it more than right. I told them
I only want the wig I don’t need anything extra. This is because the freaking wig IS THAT CUTE. And customer service is how all companies should be. I can’t wait is all I can say!!!!!!

I ordered a wig on 3/31/26 and l never received a tracking number, I sent an email and they told me it will take 4-7days to make. It should have already been shipped out. They are so unprofessional and don’t even respond back right away. I have a hair appointment that I’m going to have to cancel.

This is the worst wig I have ever bought. I bought the “ 13x6 HD Transparent 613 Blonde Lace Frontal Wig” From Tuneful’s Aliexpress account. The reviews seemed honest and trustworthy, I even messaged the seller prior to let them know I would be ordering and doing an honest review. When I first received the wig it seemed OK. Like something I could work with, but seemed thin. So I bought extra 613 bundles from another company so I could add thickness, not ideal but that’s life. So the day comes where I need to tone the wig so I was it in a basin with purple shampoo. After that I realised the shedding was so so bad my hairbrush was ruined with mushy blonde hair. So I go ahead and dry it anyway… IMMEDIATELY starts matting and frizzing up. I try absolutely everything. I’m drying it as its pinned down to a mannequin head, I’m drying in sections with tension using a fine tooth comb. I’m using a blowdryer with a diffuser nosel, still frizzy. I then go over the wig again with a hot straightener in sections, still frizzy and looking like its melting. I’m heartbroken because I feel so scammed and I needed this wig for an event. I installed it in an updo last night thats how desperate I was, I slept with a silk bonnet on and the hair is absolutely horrible and ruined so I had to bin it.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AVOID AVOID.

I really loved this hair! Don’t listen to the reviews. You have to get it yourself and know how to manage your hair. I tinted the roots as well and it flatirons wonderful! Not much shedding and doesn’t tangle! I have a 26 inch straight!
