AVOID!!! Couldn’t take payment then conveniently all the links to update credit card didn’t work. Kept insisting on bank transfer which I wasn’t happy doing. Never paid anything and now trying to charge cancellation fee (again by bank transfer). Terrible company!

We stayed in villa Della on Kefalonia in September 2022 and it is the worst villa I have ever stayed in. The pictures of the villa on the TUI website must be years old because the outside furniture and furnishings were dirty and decrepit and, frankly dangerous. The villa itself was dirty and obviously had not been properly cleaned. It was also full of the detritus of previous visitors who had left all sort of things like Christmas decorations and old Tupperware boxes. The light fitting over the dining table was full of dead flies which were nicely illuminated as we ate our dinner. The table itself was covered in greasy finger prints. The bath panel was coming away and the drains in the bathrooms smelt horrible. We complained to TUI immediately but as we were only able to contact them online we were only visited by a rep ten days into a fourteen day holiday. I spent so much time on hold trying to speak to someone that I was losing the will to live and ruining my holiday. I can't believe TUI is using the same photos to illustrate this villa and also claiming that it has views; the only view it has is of the back of another villa. If you are planning to stay in Villa Della you need to have very low expectations and don't expect any help from TUI.

We rented a villa on highlands reserve for the first week in April 2023. Paid £6000 , the full price , not on sale , advertised website price .
Villa allocated day before flight out and on arrival was scruffy , unclean and way below expectations , many electrical appliances broken and no air-con for the last 2 days of holiday and nothing like the advertised images on TUI website .
I have spent £30000 on holidays with TUI in the last few years and expected a compensation for the terrible villa ,I was sadly mistaken and told that I had already being compensated due to the fact they allowed me to have late check out on the day of departure .
This was no use to anybody because it was a warm day with no air con working , so we were glad to leave early anyway .
My advice to anyone booking a villa with TUI is don’t do it , they will not help it there’s any concerns .
Book privately with owner so you know what your getting .
Shame on you TUI , I was a good customer to you but I’ve being dealt with very unfairly ..

I haven't yet booked through TUI villas, but even the search mechanism is hopeless. The criteria is limited so you can't put in a price range so have to trawl through villas costing anything up to 50k per week. You put in the dates but then find that all the options bear no relation to that criteria in that most of the options were unavailable on the dates I had put in. Needs sorting massively, one of the most hopeless websites around.

In the terms and conditions it is stated that "the traveller has the right to prove that fewer damages have been incurred." On 9/8/22 we recieved a booking request confirmation.On 12/8/22 we cancelled our request before the amount for deposit was even required meaning that only 3 days of "damages" should be applied at most. We haven't even paid a deposit and they are trying to charge us 669euros for canceling. Now they are threatening legal action. Tried to contact customer services, couldn't get through and there is no UK number. Multiple emails sent but they just respond with a generic email and say "it's not negotiable". I've never wrote a trust pilot review before but I've never seen such a scam.

I regret booking through Tuivillas. I strongly suggest you work out who the direct agent for the property is and just book direct. Tuivillas is a front for Atraveo which in turn is basically a portal to property booking that is available on much better sites such as Booking.com. I found this out as communication so poor through Tuivillas/Atraveo that I communicated with the property via Booking.com to get answers. I spent alot of time worrying my booking was actually fake due to such poor communication from Tuivillas/Atraveo. No property information arrived until I just went to direct to the actual renter 4 days before my holiday and got direct confirmations. I will not use this again and it is really damaging for the Tui brand

Clear concise instructions for booking and associated details

I booked a house in Algarve, along with a group of 12 friends, received all the papers confirming it, payed, and called Dreamalgarve (the only number provided in the travel documents), who told me they no longer booked the house and had nothing to do with this problem and that there must have been an error with the reservation because tuivillas couldn"t book the whole house, but only room by room. Also the house was already occupied by other people when we arrived. I tried calling tuivillas (German number) and wasn't able to speak with anyone. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional, as we all arrived in Algarve and suddenly had nowhere to stay. Moreover we had already payed and no-one helped us solve this problem. Luckily, we managed to find another place to stay (for a higher price). Tui villas gave us a refund of what we had payed in first place, but still it was quite a unpleasant experience.

Very good and easy to book. Looking forward to my vacation.

If you are expecting luxury this villa is not for you. It is in need of TLC, saying that, it has everything you would need for a holiday, including a dish washer and its clean. You definitely need a car. Both the bedrooms upstairs have ensuite which includes a shower and bath in each. Down stairs there is another toilet/ shower. There is also a washing machine. The tv in the living room has a dvd player and Netflix if you have an account. The pool is average size. The sun beds are old and worn out but they serve their purpose. The barbecue is great. There is a sandy cove approximately 10 minute drive. There is a lidl 15 minute drive away and on the way there is a meat market shop which is excellent. There is a mini market/restaurant approx 200 metres from the villa called The Happiness. We spent 3 weeks in the Della Villa 5th-26thJune 2022 and the time just flew by. TUIs description of this villa needs updating as do the directions to the villa. There is no information pack in the villa including no emergency telephone numbers.We would not hesitate to go back. please be aware there is a complex of studios/apartments - The Rio - approximately 100 metres from the villa.

Said we needed to pay 125 euros each for breakage before we get there because we are a group of 'youngsters'. Disgusting, discrimination and disrespectful. Won't be staying here.

Feels like a scam. I tried to book a villa, but received no confirmation email. I rang the number to see what happened and the service was painful. After much duress, I eventually spoke to someone who spoke English and they were very definite that I had no booking and also were extremely rude and unhelpful. Around a week later I got an email requesting an unpaid deposit providing me details to of a foreign bank account. I responded with my concern and asked for a phone call of reassurance. I got an email saying everything is okay for me to pay, but no reassurance and still no confirmation. It really felt like a scam. I then got an email saying they were cancelling my booking and I still owed the deposit. It feels like that was the plan all along. It must be a scam!

DON'T USE TUI VILLAS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Appalling service. After a very unenjoyable stay in a TUI villa I reached out to the customer service team via email expressing our feelings after our stay. I provided photographic evidence and requested a response to discuss the issues. I have revived zero correspondence back, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.
We certainly won’t be booking through TUI villas again and would recommend looking elsewhere as there is no customer service atall.

v quick and easy and provision of map locator v useful

We tried for 2 hours on Airbnb, it wouldn't work. So we were lucky to find the same villa on TUIvillas, the reservation was fast and easy.

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THERE

This website registers properties from 3rd party website, it takes the booking without clearly stating, then, asks for your credit card details, and does not seriously follow up with the owner or your reservation.

It is totally unacceptable and really not serious Customer Support. Fortunately, I asked about the status of my order 2.5 days ago. Now, we are 24 hours prior to my initial booking. They wasted my time, and I have the same problem 2.5 days after.

Their way of doing business is really like a bunch of amateurs.
