Mixed performance
Good on delivery of replacement charger unit and battery but these did not resolve the problem. Phoned umpteen times but never got to speak to anyone regarding eratic charging problem. So parts despatch good, customer service/sales/anything else useless. Get someone on the phone lines!!

a magnifier is required to allow to be read!

Refurbished phone
The delivery was on time and the product lived up to expectations. However, because it was a refurbished phone, it was not made clear that the internal memory was half of the model that was advertised.
I am hoping that this will not cause issues to the end user (an elderly person).
Also, it took a while to set up preloaded Whatsapp, but got there in the end.
UPDATE: the phone is a TT950. Under Specifications, internal memory was 4 GB.

Phone for 100 year old.
This is the second TT phone I have purchased for my very elderly Mum. She did not use the first one often and it eventually died. This second one is for me to speak to her in her care home. It is OK. She can manage it but a larger handset with even bigger buttons would be better.
Unfortunately a mobile SIM goes to voice mail after a mere 5 rings which is completely inadequate for an elderly person who might struggle to get to the phone. Not necessarily a TT issue but I did buy the SIM as an inclusive deal.

As a basic phone it is very good.
Also it arrived 2 days after ordering although it was a free delivery.so, excellent service.

The battery runs down over night…
The battery runs down over night without any use on our TT760 phones, very disappointed. Our old 2G phone lasted for ages before requiring a recharge. Not safe to have as an ‘emergency’ device without power to re charge every night.

A caring, professional company !
I am terminally ill and bedbound and being of a certain age was looking for a simple phone to enable me to communicate with family and friends. The TTfone TT760 ,purchased with the dock charger appeared to fit the bill. What a great choice ! This phone with it's crystal clear graphics and easy to navigate menu is incredible value and does everything that I require. I ordered it on a Thursday afternoon, missing the Express Delivery despatch deadline. In spite of this the phone was despatched and I was delighted to receive it the very next day.
