Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Ideal for use as a Pay-As-You-Go phone but not as a Smartphone. The keypad has grey buttons instead of black so the lower contrast with the numbers might be a problem for senior people with sight problems. The numbers are based on a square font that makes the 5 & 6 very similar, also the 8 & 9, again not ideal for poor sighted users. The torch facility is controlled by a separate switch leaving the 0 key to be used as a Space key and is very bright.

The company told me that they wouldn't…
The company told me that they wouldn't repair or replace phone. The flip top screen fell off and they didn't guarantee this problem! Especially as the phone was 6 months old!
They said the screen was broken when I sent a photo of the flip top but it wasn't. They just ignored me and kept repeating the email they sent several times. Absolute rubbish product and after sale service.

Clear, well set out website, with all the information I needed on the phone that I intended to purchase. The new phone was dispatched quickly, and arrived shortly after. It was well packed, but still able to come through the letterbox.

The charger cable and plug did not work…
The charger cable and plug did not work which I got in the box with my mobile Lunar model. In trying to get a replacement charger cable and plug I was embroiled in a frustrating 6 or 7 email exchange with what appeared to be an AI robot asking for many actions to be taken by me, including videoing the charger not working! All this for a replacement costing £9.99, I finally got an email saying the charger would be replaced, presumably when a human intervened and realised the futility of what had taken place by email.
