Just had our dining room, living room, stairway and hall carpet cleaned by Brandon. Great job. Brandon took the time to explain the whole process and performed the work very professionally. This was our first cleaning for our year and a half old carpet and we will be sure to call back for the next time.

I would love to thank Flora and Mike for our beautiful bathroom. Flora did a great job helping us design it. My wife and I had no idea what to do! She was very helpful and guided us. Flora was right when she said that we should put in the heated floor! We love it and can’t imagine not having it. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was very dependable and his work is beautiful! He takes his time to do it right and we appreciated it. We are so happy and would recommend anyone to come to Tile and Carpet, especially having Flora and Mike to work with them!

We had to have our carpet replaced due to a defect in the old one
We contacted Tile & Carpet in Liverpool and were amazes at how fast this situation was handled.
We were asked to come over and pick out new carpet, of which we did.

On 11/18/2019 the installer showed up, his name is Rob.
My wife and nephew informed me that Rob was very courteous, friendly and went right to work
He took no breaks, and his work is impeccable, a true craftsman.
We would like to thank everyone involved for making this happen so quickly

Had my entire homes carpet dry cleaned today. Their Tech Brian was very professional and did an amazing job. Office, family room, four bedrooms which included a master suite. A lot of moving of furniture so was not an easy task. I highly recommend this service and they will be returning to tackle our finished media/game room. Very happy.

I have used Tile & Carpet Town for all my flooring needs, for 2 houses. Each time I have dealt with Laurie Shapiro and she is wonderful! She has been extremely helpful, has carpets/flooring in mind before I even get to the store and good pricing. The other sales people I have dealt with and the support staff are always wonderful! They remember my whole family. Anytime I have carpet/flooring needs this is the business I go to, hands down!

I have purchased both rugs and vinal covering from Tile & Carpet Town Carpet One on several occasions. I had used the Cicero Store but found they were closed so went to the Liverpool/Bayberry store front. I found the same specialist there that was in Cicero. She is awesome! Melinda Angiolillo is her name. She had great suggestions, left us so we could shop without hanging over us AND gave us all the time we needed to make our choices. She really is a gem to work with.
Installation was very good too. They were on time, prepared completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Can't ask for better.
I have some other flooring projects that we will be doing and I will be sure to give Melynda a call.

My experience with Tile and Carpet was wonderful. My salesman Zack was very influential in helping me decide on choosing my hardwood floor for the family room. It is now installed and looks beautiful. The installation took only one day, the installer was efficient and did a great job.

Laurie was fantastic helping me choose my new flooring for my kitchen, livingroom, hallway and master bedroom. She explained everything about the choices available. As to the installers "Wow" all of them were very good at their installation skills. I absolutely will use them when it comes time to replace the flooring in my other two rooms.

I can not thank Laurie enough for going above and beyond in my limited time frame to measure and install our new carpet. We couldn't be happier with the results! Very professional, great product and budget friendly!

Joe, our salesman, was terrific. He offered alternatives while explaining the issues we should consider. He listened to us and addressed our needs and ideas, but at the same time nudged us into broader considerations. Joe knows his products and their locations in the store. By combining that knowledge and his great sense of design, Joe was able to present us with many viable alternatives to consider. In spite of our many moments of indecision, Joe never hurried us or became impatient. Always, Joe was encouraging (“We’ll figure it out”).

The installers we had (Brian for ceramics and Rob for carpet and tile) were excellent craftsmen. They were gentlemen who showed respect for us, their workmanship, and our home.

No project is flawless and we were unhappy with one element. After investigating the issue, Tile and Carpet Town (Carpet One) stood by their “Beautiful Guarantee.” Without any hassle whatsoever, Tile and Carpet Town (Carpet One) remedied the troublesome element and all is beautiful as promised. We give Tile and Carpet (Carpet One) our highest recommendation.

We bought luxury vinyl flooring and subway tiles for the shower. Tom was excellent at helping us pick out the items and givin his professional opinion. The guy that came out to measure the floors, and the guy who installed the floors were very professional and friendly. The installer also gave advice and his professional opinion on how to lay the floor and care for the floor. We'll be back for future projects!!

l love the backsplash, the installer was perfect, very clean and professional - Tom, the salesman quoted me $21 a foot for the tile and install. When i agreed to the purchase and he presented me with paperwork it was $500 more - l asked for the $500 to be itemized and he said he knew what it was, but wouldn't tell me. l was so tired of searching for tile l finally agreed. Let the buyer beware - almost like bait and switch, except the price nearly doubles for the same product. Be prepared to pay twice what they quote you.

Great selection of Luxury Vinyl Flooring. They were quick to get the product we selected in and it was installed with precision. No detail was left behind. When I asked the installer, Justin, how late he would be working tonight his response was "Yes.". That said it all. He was there to do the job...and he did it ! Would highly recommend Tile and Carpet Town Carpet One to all.

My wife and I have been customers at Tile and Carpet Town for many years. Laurie Pilcher has helped us with our last four purchases. She has a good eye for matching colors. The tile and linoleum she helped us pick went perfectly with our paint and woodwork. We have been impressed at how quickly she responds to questions, getting the correct information for us to make good decisions. When we had trouble with a defective roll of linoleum, Stan Speer came to our house, saw the problem and got it replaced under the manufacturer's warrantee. Justin Dawes installed the replacement linoleum and did an excellent job. He knew exactly what to do so the installation was done correctly the first time. I highly recommend Tile and Carpet Town for selection, service, quality and follow up.

Tile and Carpet Town are great people to work with. They went out of their way to work with us to give us just the right flooring for our remodeled kitchen. They arrived on time to do the measurement and to install the floor and they were very professional, courteous and helpful at all time. They did a fantastic job with everything. We couldn't be any happier with them.

I had excellent help in choosing the best carpet for my 140+ year old home (price and style). The installers were prompt, they knew what they were doing, and answered all my questions. They were very professional and fun to be around. I love the way the new carpeting looks and feels - the old carpets were so worn down they were flat. Overall working with TTC was a very positive experience, and honestly, not stressful. I will use them again for my carpeting needs, whether wall-to-wall or bound remnants.

Very nice people to deal with ... Tom Ennis spent quite a bit of time with us, helping us to make right choices. However, it is our feeling that you need more help in the store, i.e., someone to answer the phones. There were quite a few interruptions, and other customers were coming in and there was only one sales person present, who was helping us. The workmanship of the installers is impressive. However, they did not come prepared with the proper adhesive for the install of a trim piece. Perhaps missed communication regarding the job they were sent to do. All in all, it was a good experience, and we would recommend.

We just had new carpeting installed throughout our house. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tile & Carpet Town! Laurie Shapiro was wonderful with helping us to choose a carpet that fit our budget. The two guys who installed (I’m horrible with names!) were both professional and friendly and did a great job removing our old carpet and installing beautiful new carpet. We are very pleased.

Absolutely the best carpet people in the area. Best prices and amazing work. Had basement carpet that needed reseaming and stretching. Gentlemen came on time, very professional, took his shoes off at the door. Was in and out in 45 minutes and it looks better than ever. Even fixed the poor work the original installers did. I would recommend and use these guys again. It's hard to find good contractors and especially ones with affordable prices. Great job and thank you so much.
