Run, do not walk away from this service provider! If I could give 0 stars I would. I was initially quoted $79.00 and told the technician would assess and determine if deeper cleaning was needed. The Technician hadn't even looked at my carpets when he said I know they quoted you $79.00 but that doesn't really cover cleaning and he recommended additional services which he proceeded to quoted a 3x the original price. I would have been ok with the additional price if my carpets would have been. Unfortunately, I suffered the same fate as others client mentioned here and I wish I would have seen these reviews before. In fact, my carpets ended up looking worse than before the cleaning. Plus, the guy that showed up, had no show covers on which carpet cleaners normally have. Additionally, the equipment looked like he went to Home Depot and rented the equipment. And for the first time in 20 years of getting carpets cleaned, I had to supply the water needed for equipment to work and he proceeded to dump the dirty water in my tub and left it dirty. After he finished the service, he said it would look different once it dried. Well it didn't! It looked worst. When I contacted customer service to file a compliant, they said they would look into but I never heard back after several tries. Do no use this company, they are horrible!

What a disaster! Quoted $180 for a basic steam cleaning & any additional services would be extra like stain remover for a 9x5 rug, I agreed. Cleaner, Daniel, showed up and quoted me $360 because the rug had fringes, measures 8x6. I called the office, Rep Jay, asked Daniel to take the rug since I was quoted that price for basic cleaning. Daniel refused said $345 is his best price. Jay said he's calling the boss, Daniel said he is the boss. Daniel added that if I find a cleaner that would charge me less than $360, to send him the bill. While the rep was trying to get a hold of manger Daniel walked out and drove away. Very unprofessional. Jay said for complaints to email them carpetcleanprosATgmailDOTcom.

Do not use this company. It's hard to know where to start. They charged four times the original quote (which, in retrospect, was click bait); they did not get the stain out, and in fact spread it to a larger area; the crew was sullen and even rude; they left a pool of soapy water on the wooden floor; and they chipped the door frame in several places with their equipment. They have multiple unhappy user reviews, which I clearly should have checked first!

I received a quote for cleaning a small loveseat of $79 and booked the appointment. The technician showed up and stated the couch "wasn't that dirty or stained" but he went ahead with the cleaning. All Green states that when the technician arrives they may "provide additional services as needed based on the condition of the item they are cleaning". He was there for 8-9 minutes and charged me $229. Also, the website and the agent I spoke to when
making the appt stated they take credit cards, but the technician said they don't and insisted I use Zelle or Venmo. It wasn't even a company QR code, it went straight to the technician's personal Venmo account. When I contacted customer service and asked them what the "additional services" performed were that increased the cost from $79
to $229 when he was here 9 minutes and the couch wasn't noticeably cleaner they refused to provide any kind of itemized receipt showing the services and only offered a "redo". They then sated their refund policy is no refunds on services performed. Fine, that's their policy, but what services were performed? The fact that they cannot answer
this simple question and provide an itemized invoice is unacceptable. I do not want a "redo", I don't want to do any business with them ever again. I would like them to honor their price of $79 for a simple cleaning which was the only thing that was performed in the 8 minutes the technician
was here. Also, don't say you accept cards and then tell a customer you don't.

This place is a scam! DO NOT USE THEM! They stole our carpet!

This is the worst service ever! They just ruined my carpet and it turned from milk-white into yellow-grey. I spent weeks making them re-doing their job after what it gets even worse as for color so for its structure and shape.
As for now they say they can do nothing with it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is just a disaster - they don't know anything and change their phone number on their website after this all happened.

This was the worst carpet cleaning service ever. The franchise owner in my area is Ryan Carroll. He charged me $690. When I called that evening to say I thought it was extremely expensive. He immediately brought the price down to $525 because I’m a “nice person”. I had two rooms that had mostly small spots. They came right back after the carpet dried. He said it “will continue to lift up the stains for up to 2 weeks”. Um, wrong! I called/texted for over 6 weeks. He never redid the job nor refunded and $. I haven’t met anyone in service industry so apathetic to the quality of his work.

I booked them for cleaning my mattress and I was not sure initially that whether they will be able to remove the tea stains and smell from it, but I was proven wrong because they treated that mattress with so much care and spent time cleaning it to make it appear as if it was new. Not only the stains were removed but the smell was also gone. I highly recommend them because they value their customers and treat their belongings with care.
